No matter how you feel about cruising liners we can't fault the generosity of The Ponant company who came to our aid not once but twice, in the same remote Kimberley anchorage, one month apart.
You can be part of the crew for less than the price of a coffee.

You wouldn’t get me crossing that inlet to the path either! Don’t mess with the crocs! Great vid as always.
very entertaining as per usual. merci bo coo
Thanks guys, learning more about Australia from you then i did in the history books. Oh ps that was a good call Rachel, huge croc’s can live in the shallowness of water, and they are will to wait perfectly still for your return back, there is a golden rule in the Australian outback, never go near the water in the same place twice.. they are not the oldest land based Dinosaurs because they are stupid.. I really should tell you my croc story..
Definitely err on the side of caution. 🐊
A super episode. Loved the WW2 story, as I love all your history lessons. The cruise ship helping you out was so cool.
Great rule of the sea….we should follow it on dry land more
Made me jump when you trod on the croc stick
Please buy Rob a new shirt!
Amazing history lesson …excellent as usual Rachel
Another great episode
Watch out for scary sticks 😮…😂. But really love your history lessons and facts about the area. Keep them coming !
Great stuff Kiwis. The day the war came to the Kimberly. Imagine. They would have had no idea. What a story. Y' know , most Ausies have no idea about this. The Authorities didn't let any of it out at the time, public morale etc. But there you are walking the walk. 'On ya.
Hyde like a rhino mate. You don't know if you don't ask. xx
Good on that cruise ship crew!❤
What an awesome vlog! Rachel, I love your storytelling full of history lessons. You are all a lot braver than I would have been going on that beach. Especially after seeing the size of the crocs tracks! I was having anxiety watching you walk on that path. 😅❤
What an interesting video. We learn something new everytime and see incredible scenery. The French crew are fine examples of how people help each other at sea. It is quite a community. You would not get me on that beach. Scary Crocs!!! Keep safe and well. James.
Absolutely enjoy your history lessons Rachel and there are many more from the Top End that no one knows about. And yes good idea pull the plug on that gnarly beach entry you and the probable 5m Croc 🐊 Rob mate he’s got a great attitude should’ve been an Aussie “No wacking worries mate, she’ll be right!” Kiwis are the same I guess they just have an accent!❤🎉
Thanks guys another great ep, would love to see you have more subscribers, as your content is always great!
The humanity segment really packed a punch. It is abound all over the world but those who control mainstream media don't want to show goodness in the World! Your recount of the fate of all those people and the ship is something we should all see. It shows how even in adversity folks come together. ttfn. no, no Forever times reminder this week LOL
Another great and interesting video thanks guys
Looked for you at 21:00hrs., New York time…. could not find your telecast
So glad to see the kindness in the world of fellow sailors.
What a fun episode, keep up the great work.
Great scenery with the King George River on the last episode. No comparison with Niagara Falls. This is so natural and rugged. I would love to see it. This episode with the history is very interesting.
Thanks from the Rockies 🇨🇦
That is the same company that Nate and Kara was on. A very expensive boat to be on. Very nice job getting to use their internet
Kia Ora … wow …. thank you so much for this very interesting video. I got water in my eyes when the french people gave you fresh food. But you are now in a dangerous country. This is why I love New Zealand, no dangerous animals … only the virus and the government are dangerous 😉 But I am fare away from my Kerikeri … . I found your channel yesterday and maybe I am a member of your crew. Wish you all the best and all the luck of this world cheers Siegmar
😊😅😮😢🎉😂❤
New subscriber, and new fan of Ponant. My daughters will be stoked to hear about the woman breaking the man’s kayak record for sure. Best regards.
at 14:12, a nod to Russell Brand? 😉
So enjoy your posts. You all put a smiles on our faces !! Watch out for those croc’s🐊 ! And Rachel never listen to Rob!😂😂😂
You are even more game than I would be standing beside that waterway with crocs around… Kiwi keen..!
La Laperouse. True legends, we must look for Ponant for a cruise.
🙌🙌
Our new hand game to play is surge, roll, drag, foul, rocks. Surge beats roll, roll beats drag, foul beats rock and rock only wins if ya have good insuraance! Amazing the creative games when you have too much time onboard hahaha. GREAT episode as always.
And Bonnie, what a GUN! So many miles!
Another amazing episode
Great filming and editing
And great story telling 👍👍
Bonjour bonjour! Can ya just stay away from croc land please, you cray cray Kiwis.
So great to see that Ponant is helping out a fellow seaman 👍
such a stunning location!
My association to this area is spending a night in a tent – woke up to radio news about the 100 or so children masacred in Russia. Never forgot this! Probably 2006. Over 200 school children shot ny tsjechen terrorist
