Some beautiful sailing, looking forward to seeing plenty more
Magnificent episode. Thanks for great sailing scenes and just enough commentary to make it really interesting. Safar is such great looking vessel with wide deck space and beautiful classic lines and you have obviously put much care and attention into her maintenance. Looking forward to future episodes.
Cool trip you're making! Given that you've been alone now for that many days, what are your thoughts on say 25 days of solitude? Use the staysail, does it make a noticeable difference in speed or maybe balance of the boat? What wind generator to you have and is it giving you good generation? I have solar but not a gen and thinking about getting one. Might see you out there next year mate. Heading out from Rio Dulce Guatemala early next year. Thanks for sharing your content!
Hey there. Fabulous video. Thank you.
HI, KRACKING VID, LOVLEY DRONE SHOTS, WELL DONE . REGARDS RICHARD.
Safar did indeed deserve a good pat on the back, but you definitely deserve one as well mate. The editing gets better and better too, not even mentioning that cool adventure and the awesome shots ! All the best !
Lovely stuff; thanks mate.
Well done. Welcome to Portugal 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Great content, I really enjoy all the technical bits including your rationale for your passage plan.
Fantastic photography. Your drone shots are awesome. Apparently, the Orca's are not hot on Saltram flavour. They prefer skegs and spades.
Lovely boat. Good reason to be proud of her.
The sunset was beautiful, great aerial view of the boat awesome video man. Dude you're living the dream.
nice boat nice videos thanks from Denmark
Great stuff!
Great videos. I’m hooked.
Nothin better than clean, yet slightly salty grundies 😉 Great vid!
Another good video. I really had a belly laugh when you towed your laundry behind. I know about towing warps behind in heavy seas, but it didn't look that bad and when you said what was on the end of the line I just fell about. Two questions, when you get a minute. What is the deck paint that you used. I like the colour. I need to redo the Deck on Zephyr IV and I'm not particularly keen on Westerly Blue/Grey. I've been looking at a paint colour of sand. AND what drone are you using ? I have a DJI Pro, a few years old now, but never had the nerve to put it up when I'm sailing. Must have a go soon. The shots looked great.
Genius Idea with the washing, watch the salt round the old "Jat's Crackers" make sure you get the ones washed out, check out a yacht "Berrimiila" for a turbine "Review" overall. 🙂
Great videos! As I am planning the same way opposite direction and more north, possibly, I was very much interested in the the bay of Biscay and you did it all the way no stop to south of Portugal! Well done! I love orcas but those thug ones are just a pain…
I love older classic sailboats…they just look…right. Wondering if dragging your undies behind the boat attracts, or repels Orca.
Great adventure mate!
Hi sailor. A really beautiful boat you got. What type is it ?
