  1. Another great video! You did however mess me up with that title I had forgotten that you were putting Via on the hard for hurricane season. I read the title and said now what am I supposed to do on Saturday mornings?

  2. Episode title worried me then remembered it was summer haul out, and that I had seen you come back on instagram – clearly I haven’t had enough coffee today 😂. Great first cruising season and nearly a 5k subscribers along for the fantastic journey. Roll on next vids

  3. First happy one day older day Mike. One of the few down sides to cruising, having to escape hurricane season, but I guess you need to haul out anyway for maintenance-servicing. Good that you can do it all in one place. Hope your trip home goes well. Take care, be safe and see you back at "Via" to get all dirty.

  4. Happy belated birthday Mike. Taylor, you are a beautiful young lady. I will be watching your next episode. Via looks like a very solid boat , I know you will miss her while you are away. You're a great-looking couple. God be with you.

  5. Boubie-tastic. Looked an unbearable heat to be in I bet you were glad to leave for a few months. Some orcas in the med are attacking yacht rudders so fortunately they haven't learnt that in the Pacific. Looking forward to see how Via survived the heat.

  6. The first booby at 5:min is a Masked Booby, which is a rare bird in Sonora. The black trailing edge and white leading edge of upperwing eliminates Blue-footed in which all plumages entire upperwing is solid dark brown. Also the bill is greenish, with the dark face coming in. It will be just black and white in another year, this is a sub-adult. The second Booby shown later with the dark head, neck and upper breast and a sharp line of demarcation between that and white underparts on breast is a Brown Booby. Blue-footed and Brown are the two common boobies in the mid and upper Sea of Cortez. Maybe look for a Sonora or Mexican birds online group to report the Masked to as you have great documentation of the rare bird. The Orca seem a good sighting as well. A great finish!

  7. It's too late for this time but next time you close up the boat for a period of time place small buckets of charcoal around the interior and it sucks all the moisture out of the air and you won't come back to a musty/moldy boat ! I found this by accident one year when I left a half bag of charcoal on my boat when I winterized it and when I opened it up following Spring I went to move the bag of charcoal and the bottom fell out it had sucked up so much moisture ! Been doing it ever since ✌️💙🎵 From STL MO
