Colin,check out Beverage Reef on the way to Niue, and when you get to Niue,try the Raw Fish and Pitako,as well as the Uga, coconut crab,so good. The diving there is amazing, visibility is close to 100 feet,no sand to cloud the water.

Good luck with the cataract operation Jamie, I have had both eyes done and it's painless and real quick. The results were amazing my old eyes were returned to 6/6 vision. I spent my working life at sea and one tip I would give you is wear some good quality sunglasses.

What amazes me about plastic waste is that everyone is trying to invent some over engineered contraption to clean it up or do something with it but no one seems to be focused on tackling the source of the problem. A bit like oil companies talking about carbon capture as a way out of the climate change
problem.

Jamie must invest in a top quality pair of sunglasses after his operation that block as much UV light as possible. Oakley Deep Water or similar. The damage caused by UV, especially at sea for extended periods is going to be a problem that all Parlay and sailors need to be aware of. It's not just cataracts but potentially Macular degeneration in the long run. You wouldn't go sailing without a decent set of waterproofs so why fry your eyes for the lack of good lenses (not cheap knock off shit)
Nike unlocked the key – with a solution, fabulous watching it grow and present itself , convert trash back to resource for practical utility uses again or art multiple uses , 🎯👍
