Hey guys!! What do you think of our mast foot invention? Will it work?
I've been with you for 1 1/2 year, seen all videos so yea I know Enzo very well, happy his back, this guy got skills ! About the solar panels.. well it depends on what panels you buy. Do you buy small 100 W panels or the biggest i've have seen 500 W panels !? I think you can have 4×4 to 4×5 panels so 16 to 20 in all. So with 100 W panels you can have 1600 to 2000 W. With 500 W panels you can get 8000 W to 10.000 W ! So i say 16 to 20 panels. So depending on how many Watts per panel you multiple with 16 to 20 🙂
Following for over a year
I’d love to have empowerment to lead a campaign to offer to shop team a complete medical check-up including eye check/prescription and eyeglasses renew, as well as dental care. Maybe some clinic could support Yaba on this campaign. It could be the best for them. Later on shop modernization, new band saw with tilting frame like that one used by Leo on Tallyho rebuilt. Congratulations!
Ik ben grote fan van Nezo, I'm a big fan of Nezo. Ik volg jullie al van dag een, I've watched Saling Yaba since day one
you would get a better seal using a flexible boot around mast base….leather sailcloth etc
Love the preview
2550 kwh i guess you can get if roof is 4×6 mtr
APPROX: HOW MUCH DO YOU HAVE INVESTED IN JUST LUMBER?
I have been with you from the very beginning.
I have been following the channel from the beginning.
Nezo is amazing. His skill in woodworking and ship building is unmatched on any of the channels I watch. Just amazing.
From the beginning
❣️I've been watching since the first episode❣️
I've been watching since your asked Duca and Roberta to introduce your new channel. The Master builder was a different man. He’s gone but good to see the new one that took over for him back again.
On {Salt and Tars} mast he used a leather hat or bonnet that attaches to the ring which is sealed to the deck you just keep it oiled to repelk water it was used on wooden sailing ships for centuries.
Thanks!
Beau boulot 😏
I watched the release of your first video after you were given a plug by Odd Life Crafting. When I finished that first video I immediately gave you a like and subscribed, and since have looked forward to each release.
Over two years with a full crew of shipwrights working countless hours…..my imagination is running wild trying to calculate the material, labor, shipyard, housing and other miscellaneous costs. First saw you guys with Odd Life Crafting. Long time viewer hoping you will do a final costs episode once splashed. Thanks!
Nezo does all the work while someone holds an end. Been this way since the beginning.
Nezo is our favorite guy what his eyes see his hands can make , be syole our harts
Have been here since Roberta and Duca told me to! Love the content. You do a wonderful job on this channel. Can’t wait to see it hit the water. Yaba’ is beautiful.
I watched from the beginning! Was on the edge of my seat waiting for the next video! It's been a amazing journey. I wish I could be there when she splashes down! But I'm a quarter of the planet away. If you ever sail up the Mississippi river to my neighborhood, I'll buy lunch.
Thank you guys for the adventure!

Is the mast leaning?
I'll just "type a little" here, from New Hampshire. Once again there is "jaw dropping" work being done with all of that oh so special wood seemingly just laying about. The bandsaw this skill of the shipwrights. So amazing. And then~ seeing you there in Annapolis ~ an event that I missed ~ worry that you didn't have support for your effort there. Well. seems like you guys had a good time. The key is the people working for you. So sweet to see this amazing work being added to your boat. Wow! ✨✨.🌸📐⛵🙏🌸✨✨
Hey Yaba cew! AWESOME project! Question: WHY are you putting fiberglass on the roofs?? I get the epoxy, but why bother with the fiberglass? As it is the glass does add hardly anything to the structure as it is – the structure comes from the wood itself. The epoxy – great – should soak into the top of the wood and provide protection for a long time.
But the glass I see as a liability at best – once the epoxy wears the glass will wear and eventually let water underneath. Nearly impossible to get all air and voids out… I would have the left the fiberglass off …..
I have been watching NEZO being videoed demonstrating his excellent wood crafting skills since YABA'S reconstruction started. He never ceases to amaze me.
Enough wattage to power Rio de Janero.HA!
Been around long enough to know the master Nezo that’s for sure! It’s always great to watch him work and create.🎉😂
What a great story is this Yaba' tale, with echoes of Noah and the Ark. Such a likable couple and colorful crew and setting. There's nothing like it on the Internet, so we can only hope that more chapters will follow when Yaba' is launched.
We’ve been watching since episode 1. You’re making great progress. We can’t wait to see her sail.
