1. If I was in youre place I would be very curious if the boat would have leaks or not….. finding it out when its all done means you have to break it al down again or am I mistaken? Now you can check an easely repair no?

  2. You could cook with Ben Gas, but it would require feeding him a bean rich diet and plumbing him into a holding tank. If you used a flexible hose you could still keep him mobile enough to do the cooking and boat maintenance.

  3. There Is Nothing Like Watching A Master Ply His Trade. That , Is Some Very Cool Purple Wood.. Take , Care Enjoy The Thanks Giving Weekend. Waiting , Patiently For Yaba To Join Odd On The Seas..

  4. Great decision to go with induction as your primary cooking surface. Then you can stow away a few butane burners as backups or as a portable cooktop. The replacement canisters are readily available. Plus it’s all much safer with less hassle.

  5. It would be interesting to hear how you are going to use Yaba. As a large and heavy craft with a single motor and no bow thruster it will be challenging to maneuver in tight harbors and anchorages. Would like to hear you discuss.

  6. Well then Musketeers doing a superb job and interesting to watch the door fitting as am going to install a door to the Cabin of my Launch. Couple good tips there. Really starting to move along now although the detail stuff seems to take forever. Yes we are experiencing some good weather at the moment not. We are getting the Systems here in NZ that are hassling Australia at the mo and just to stir things up he s bring his mate from the tropics with him so flooding, epic /Biblical rain and hail even snow down South and wind lots of wind. Keep at it now she,s gonna be a Beauty. Oh and Carry on. ;0)

  7. The work amazes me every week! What a great team. I would agree 100% on the galley change. I'm not sure if the design includes rounded corners, but a few modern boats I have sailed on have sharp 90° corners on their benches. They are rib breakers, rounded ones hurt, but sharp corners break skin and bones. Also the crazy Jeaneau wash basins are square with no overhang. All water spilled out the front goes straight into the drawers underneath. 3 times a day, I know because after washing the dishes you have to dry out the drawers.

  8. Awesome and really coming along! If you have long runs for cables etc, might be worth running some large conduits so you can easily pull cables for future enhancements through boat.

As with the Galley, nav station location and keying yourself in is useful, small nibs you can rest your shoulders against or lap strap is so much better than 1 leg out against something trying to brace yourself while working.

  9. Your boat is very impressive. The men working on it are true old school craftsmen. I am not sure if is a boat or a work of art. Lol. Amazing videos.

  10. tip: considering the abuse the panel surface and @ oven back splash +- facing steps – it might be wise to use some more (stainless steel ? same as on the the drawers) to guard against wear nice layout

  11. I so enjoy your videos,
    I really like the design.
How awesome if that dividing roll between the two beds was removable to make one giant bed awesome.

  12. Think of the workspace it could provide if that divider wall between the two big beds was removable and the mattress was a light enough to move

  13. Warning!! Don't be offended.
I don't know your goals other than obviously splashing and sailing!

I'm sure your boat building has improved……
Then why hasn't your Vlog productions?
If the content is great, which it is…..
Then why edit them so they are comatose boring?

Any feedback is a good thing to help getting better.

    Good luck

  14. Amazing watching the bulkheads starting to go in. I've been watching for years now (subscribed on my personal account), long time lurking, I remember all the hate you had in the early days, everyone telling you to scrap the boat and you are in over your heads. Well here you are now, proved them all wrong, and you've learnt so much along the way. Well done guys, keep it up 😁

  15. Wow interior bulkheads going in and I love the door surrounds /jambs …And all good wishes to do well against the typhoon winds…!!!
