You guys Scare Me!!!, might I suggest a few courses, Yacht safety, anchoring, and proper anchoring systems, moderate wind sailing, proper navigation and the wows of anchoring on a lee shore. Oh the list goes on, please educate yourselves before you end up calling the USCG, or worse, drowning. Please Please Please. Do this before tragedy strikes.

You guys did fine it’s a learning curve ,your anchor type is not the best for holding maybe look into a better type like a rocna or that type danforth are just not that great but that’s just my opinion and experience
