  1. BTW, MSC is building one of the biggest cruise terminal for $450 Millionen Dollar at the Miami port, it will handle up,to 36000 passengers, the terminal is the very first spot in front of royal, the new terminal included a parking garage with 3500 spots and a separated yacht club terminal with waiting room etc, but for now it’s the regular port terminal which is not fit for this amount of people……

  2. MSC should make sure to have a separate entrance for Yacht Club in their new terminal. Kinda 💩 to make people move to bring others through.

  3. Kind of unfair comparison since you didn't print out yourMSC boarding pass which caused the confusion. Also the empty YC tent is certainly not the norm.I think it normally opens at 10:30 and you were too early. I did enjoy the video, but it just doesn't seem like the typical YC boarding process to me.

  4. We were the husband and wife that sat next to your table at dinner every night… You’re such a lovely family! I had also just come off of Royal Caribbean, mariner of the seas and had purchased the key… I found Royal Caribbean / Mariner of the Seas, to be very disorderly and no one was able to tell us where to go have our lunch, and when we finally did figure out where to go for lunch, it was it least 15 minutes before we even received a glass of water… Yacht club is an amazing experience, we even find it to be superior to Seabourn. Cannot wait to return Yacht Club next December for NY’s Eve on SeaShore:-)

  5. Wow, it looked a little uncomfortable with the butler walking you past the long lines. It is a pity they can't just make a designated path for the escorted people to use that doesn't make other passengers thinking you're line jumping. I look forward to seeing your videos about the ship and the MSC experience.

  6. We have sailed on 7 MSC cruises in YC and over a dozen Royal Caribbean cruises as well. We have had over 2 hour waits to board with Royal in the past as that does happen to them as well. What I don’t see is you mentioning that their new terminal in Miami that is slated to open end of this year and will be able to handle 30,000 passengers on a given day – 3 cruise ships at a time. Most of our YC embarkations have been 20-30 min tops from arrival with luggage to sitting in the top sail lounge.

  7. Thanks for posting great vlogs. With the MSC Yacht Club do the concierge run your card for sail and sign instead of doing the kiosk thing with the rest of the passengers? Also are there meat choices served in the Y/C dining area or is it mostly seafood? Thanks in advance.

  8. I love Yacht club. Only took me 25-30 minutes from arrival at the tent until we boarded. I love the butlers, they walk like a boss to get you around, you pay for the service. so why not use it. Plus the food, drinks and personalized service…

  9. We just got off of the Seascape out of Miami. The Yacht Club experience was great. You arrived too early. 10 AM is crazy.

  10. Thank you Bro!👏🏾🤙🏾👌🏾 This is just the video Me and my Family needed to make our final choice between the two. Lastly I like that I saw kids in the YC I couldn’t find anyone with videos of that until yours popped up! Thanks again😃

  11. The key program for embarkation is not available anymore. I sailed on Memorial weekend on the freedom and I didn’t see the signs anywhere so I asked and they confirmed it not available for embarkation.

  12. Excellent video. I really appreciate you taking video footage as you walk the entire journey & navigate the whole process. Very useful. It also gives me information to gauge the size of the ship. I was wondering if you ate in the main dining room & buffet for non Yacht Club members? If so, was it really crowded & how was the food quality compared to the Yacht Club?

  13. Both embarkation experiences looked normal prior to boarding the ship itself. There was nothing premium about those experiences. The MSC butler escorting your family through other passengers waiting in line is absolutely the worst. They should have had another entrance that takes you directly to the ship. "Forcing" you to endure the nasty looks from other passengers or having you feel guilty cutting the line is not the initial experience you want to put your premium passengers through. That was almost like the walk of shame. The logistics of that MSC boarding was absolutely atrocious…

  14. I had a slightly different experience with MSC Yacht Club than you did. I literally had zero line, while my friends in the regular line stood there for nearly 6 hours, which was a total nightmare. I was on the ship in a total of 12 minutes and most of it was purely from walking, we had maybe 4 people ahead of us in YC security line. It looked like a total red carpet treatment. While when I traveled through RC, I noticed that their Key line was actually longer than the standard line. No idea how this happened besides that there were probably 3 times more attendants in the regular line than in Key.

Update: I probably should have finished your video before commenting 🙂 Agree with you 100%. MSC YC feels like it's almost a must, or at least trying to get into their Diamond club so you could skip those insane lines. You only experienced 1-2hr line while my crew (who wasn't in YC) had to stand in that line nearly all day. 100%, MSC doesn't have their s**t together when it comes to boarding, while with RC, I had zero issues boarding in just standard lines. I actually had an even better treatment in MSC due to being in their top cabin (Owners suite), which came with a bunch of extra perks that I didn't even know they offered. Ship within a ship for sure.
