  15. I don't want to be nasty in any way by asking the following question: @ https://youtu.be/9960XmITgmE?t=189 there's a sign on the bank. That sign is just one of dozens we have to know to pass the exam to get a license to be able to sail the canals of Belgium/Holland. Did you pass a similar exam? If not, how did you know what the sign meant? Really just curious how these licenses work out internationally.
