26. Aubrey I have a tiny tip for you about the chuckles drill. After you tighten by hand the chuck as tight as you can, turn it back 1/4 of a turn and it will lock the chuck so it will not work its way loose. This works with any chuckles drill and very few people know this about chuckles drills. 😁

36. Having the alarm silence switch is certainly convenient. But a warning amber light should always be activated whenever the alarm is in a silenced 🔕 position! It's too easy to accidently bump toggle or silence alarm and forget to reposition in the "live" alarm mode. With an amber light energized in silence position you will never miss a Real Life flooding problem! Something to consider whenever installing override switches!
