Travers Atlanticul cu o singură mână! Mindelo spre Martinica. O săptămână finală de trecere foarte rapidă, cu condiții de vânt perfecte, unele probleme de privare de somn. Sosire în Caraibe, în Martinica, întâmpinată de mama mea, Sinead și prieteni.

Well done mate, congratulations!
Masterclass…. well done and congratulations.
Truly grateful that you decided to start a YouTube channel a while back. Enjoy your time in the Caribbean.
Best regards from Jarle
A hell of an achievement and even more so single handed. You’re great to talk through how you are feeling. I can’t imagine how you keep going with the sleep patterns.
well done great achievement looking fwd to the next adventures
Congrats!
Yes, it's just time, and making the leap. The arrival is always special though.
Congratulations and thanks for sharing ❤
Well done.
Stunning job. Well done.
Halmatic 30 warp speed! Congrats Mark, an awesome achievement and your videos are fantastic, thanks for taking the time to produce them.
Well done sir! I hope my crossing goes as smoothly. Leaving Mindelo day after tomorrow
What were the Mahi Mahi hitting on for you?
Congratulations, Sir
Congrats, Mark! It was a pleasure following your adventures!
Well done on an excellent sailing passage. What an inspiration you are to fellow sailors.
Loved the voyage and your video's I felt your tiredness and almost fell asleep watching you, congratulations and well done Cheers Mick from Aussie.
a great passage and very well recorded.Really enjoyable to watch.Congratulations to you Mark , on SV Saphira
Well achieved.
Bravo! Great effort!
You have some big brass balls my man. Over the side may as well be 100 storeys high when your doing it solo.
The excitement when closing in on your family at Martinique was tangible! I’ve watched many trans Atlantic crossings. Yours was not only trouble free but by far the quickest. Don’t know how you managed without sleep. I’ve struggled with no sleep on a single night’s passage. For that reason I will only do a longer passage with at least one other.
I am so pleased for you. What a spectacular achievement. ⛵️
Excellent. Thanks for sharing.
Great achievement!!
Kudos Mark, congratulations on another fantastic achievement! Really enjoying the videos
BRavooo!! I have a 30' and single handle also. Now in the North of Canada, shopping things for the boat while the winter is here. I think bring my boat down to the french caribean next summer. I really liked your adventure! Congratulation! I am curious to know what you have for equipement on your boat? How many watt is your solar panel, radar, wind turbine, autopilot, etc. Maybe it' could be a nice video 😉
Are you using a fishing pole or just line tied to the boat? Excellent work by the way!
Congratulations that was wonderful to witness, can only imagine how it felt!! A real inspiration to the rest of us. Have a great time in the Caribbean. ⛵
I can’t believe you have so few followers, since you have an amazing sailing channel. One of the best, but then you could try wearing a blonde wig and a bikini top and see if that works.
Congratulations and thanks for sharing your amazing adventures with us, enjoy the sunny Caribbean.
Congrats Mark, well done for making the big crossing. I’ve watch all your episodes and really enjoy your content. I met you two years ago in Cork City harbour, Moody S31. Great to see you living your dreams.
Brilliant Mark, really well done mate. I'll head in to Shoots and have one in your honour!
Congrats on a well done singlehanded passage! Looks like maybe the pleasures of offshore singlehanded sailing has claimed another victim! It's sometimes difficult for those who haven't done it to appreciate that longer offshore singlehanded passages away from nearshore hazards can be easier than nearshore and coastal. Agree that making landfall is often the most tiring and risky part. Hope your return passage goes as smoothly.
Brilliant video! Well done you, and no big butchers bill except lack of sleep 😆.
Great achievement and great boat! Well done.
Well done. Confidence growing as you get the miles clocked up. Enjoy and bask in mission accomplished 🇮🇪 ⛵️
What are the pink sectors on the chart ?
Well done on the milage averages, always a great feeling to set PRs. Love the excitement as you closed in on the target mate. Thinking how we are going to feel along the way. Hope you left me a few mahi to catch. 😊 We had a great run down to Mindelo from Tenerife butterflying nearly the entire distance. Looking forward to using our spinnaker in a few days. We depart on Saturday so will be over there soon me thinks. Enjoy the quality time, your return trip will be more adventurous 🙂⛵
congrats mate ,nice to see a bloke face the fear and win an inner upgrade,
Take Care of you. I was asking my self how big / Long your boat is
A Big congratulations from another Sligo man, what an achievement well done. Your a credit to Sligo men and Irish men alike.👏👏👏👍🇮🇪
That was an amazing video of an amazing crossing. Congratulations. Conditions like that really make the trip look easy, but I know there was so much preparation and care in the planning that you were rewarded with an uneventful crossing. And the FISH ! OMG!
Well done!! Thank you for filming your journey, despite being exhausted. It looked like a fabulous voyage.
