Looks like Jason is the dogs best friend.
Yosh is such a well behaved pupper, especially for a boat dog!
On a more serious note, Kara's tale was particularly moving and inspiring. There are valuable insights and lessons there and I am glad you shared it and hope that others get some valuable takeaways from it, as well as checking her content out.
How come you turned up on my electronic device? I unsubscribed from you five or six months ago. Who do i go to to sort out this very annoying disaster?
The idea is that you loosen the sheets move the boom over and lower the dingy in between one of the amas and the main hull. Still not a great system. An inboom extension would be much more ideal.
I did the same thing blowing out cleat before doing that on my first sail on a neel so don't feel too bad. I ended up reordering the lines to avoid the issue
It is weird watching these videos with y'all there right outside Comanche Cove, as my wife teaches (ASA) sailing runs charters for Saint Augustine Sailing.

Just curious, has the designer of this boat ever been on one ?
What we don't see, we don't know. Don't beat urslf up about it.
See the dishwashers getting a good workout 😉
Not sure whose hair is shorter??? Jason 🤔
Nikki rocking the 70's jeans . Hate to age myself but, things were fine then 😉
I am 100% sure Kara was Dehydrated From the start…We have found that if you drink plenty of water and or Gatorade this helps Immensely with sea sickness & nausea… we have actually been there done that ……
Next time Kara goes sailing prepare at least 2 days in advance..no meats no greasey foods etc… lots of water Helps with the hydration in the brain which is the culprit fornthese affects
Cheers and great sail

Ok to charge the storm if one maintains a back door.
I THOUGHT that was "Kara" when they first boarded but it was a split second fleeting thought followed by, "Seriously? What would she be doing on their boat?"
Your story is unbelievable and horrifying and so inspiring at the same time – I think I've been following you forever and send the biggest hugs and bestest juju and hopes and wishes for an amazing rest of your life because heaven knows girl, you have earned it! Keep up the good work and thank you for all you do. ❤️
Another fantastic episode, Kara is amazing – such a strong inspiration for others. Thanks.
Your dinghy hoist arrangement looks like it could benefit from a gin pole. Perhaps you could borrow the spinnaker pole to stand the lifting halyard off, and pivot up as you lift the dinghy? Not sure what's close enough to brace the pole against…
I know Kara’s story! Holy crap – she is an absolute LEGEND! What an honor to have her aboard.
Seeing this and other videos I definitely wouldn’t own a Neil…
It’s so awesome seeing my boat in the background. I remember seeing a trimaran out in the bay but just not discovering it was you guys 😂
I see you still have the same dishwasher… 🙂
Hmmm, get in the dinghy, then use a gaff to push out while lowering????
Would it be easier to launch the dinghy if you rotated it 90 degrees as soon as it cleared the slings? Then you could drop it straight down between the slings rather than push it so far out?
What a strong and courageous woman Kara is, and such a loving husband. They are a great couple.
I also get motion sick and once spent a weekend on a cruiser in calm waters and it triggered a migraine in addition to seasickness which added to the experience. No fun. I watch this channel since I am a land farer by necessity but love seeing what is out there in the world. Kara and Joe…..thank you for boarding the vessel and letting us get to know you!
Used to think seasickness was all in people's heads. You TALK yourself into it. NOT. Took a couple and their cute doggie sailing in Southern Cal. The DOG got sick all over the boat. Not just psychological.
a very dog, dinghy, depressing time……sorry
YALL ON A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT BOAT AND SET UP ….. ALSO WITH GUESTS….I THINK YOU'RE DOING AN AMAZING JOB WITH THAT BOAT!!!!! DON'T BEAT YOURSELVES UP… THAT IS A VERY COMPLICATED SAILING MACHINE AND YOU GUYS DID AWESOME 👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️❤️👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️👍👍❤️🌊🌊🌊👍👍❤️
I love seeing a boat dog. Thanks! She's adorable!! Love her for me.
3:00 Nikki: Too easy.
Haha
I would say this delivery has not been a commerical for Neel. Many gremlins appear in a new boat but some of these issues have me wondering what dealer commissioned the boat or what the story was before the current owners.
This is just a suggestion, but don't let that blind man curl your hair anymore.:)
tight mast cars..Jason thinking lube..so waiting for Nikki's "that's what she said" not sure how she held back 🙂
❤️🇨🇦
Ahoy Wynns! You have a new business. Take hold of people's New Sailboat ⛵ and figure out what is wrong all while sharing the issues to the world. I'm sure the company will be receptive to making things right 👍. The dingy on/off 👎 needs a huge fix. Jason seems to have a new buddy, yosh, sooo cute (breed?). I wonder if the dog is wondering you 2 are his new mom & dad. Praying blessings on your travels!
TIP: Don't ask people who are susceptible to seasickness, "How you feeling?" or "Are you sick?" or anything related to seasickness, at least until they start hurling. Putting the suggestion in their minds will only speed them to the undesirable end.
We've all experienced hair fails. Remember your failures and don't repeat them. Neel, with another 🥚 on their face on shakedown. Thanks for sharing.
What do you do if the dog has to go to the bathroom?
