Hi Guys love you both amazing video once again this amazing video next one even better 200% support you and channel hope can be friends
A real milestone. Congratulation. I must admit I thought you had a water maker aboard. Hope that is in the plan. BTW, electrician's side cutters are better at zip ties than scissors. Also, never buy cheap zip ties. Be sure that they say on the packet UV inhibited, outdoor installations etc. You usually have to buy them from a proper electrical supply shop not just the local ironmonger.
Nice thanks x
The netting looked fine. It's not like anyone is going to see it.
be careful with those glass bottles you showed in storage. You may want to put a sock around them or something to prevent them from breaking in bad weather or store them more carefully
Happy family day.National holiday..Hey in Canada your new 20 minutes would be 30 minutes in Newfoundland…yuc, yuc🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🏴☠️🏴☠️🏴☠️🏴☠️🏴☠️🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶🎙🎙🎙🎙🎙🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🏴☠️🏴☠️🎶🎶🎶🎙🎙🎤🎤🎤🎤🎤
You should store potatoes in the dark.
I like how you make your capital H's. Like backwards N's !
Oh the excitement builds. Planning will make things so much easier to handle when things hit little road blocks. You guys got this for sure. Cheers
We are so excited to see you living your dream! We can't wait to see more.
So much water, just in case, eh? (yup, good job!)
I'm bummed that wasn't able to tell you about Bear in time to be helpful, he might have been able to show you the best of Las Palma and the lava flows.
I won't be able to give you any helpful hints about the Caribbean, never been there, but if you have plans for the US coast or the Western Pacific I might have some info for you. Have fun!
Looks like you are ready to go!
In Australia the Royal Flying Doctor Service have a medicine chest that is held at remote stations / mine sites / drill rigs and small communities – All the medicines are numbered so it removes confusion eg someone calls the RFDS and they will prescribe 2 tablets of No 4 daily as an antibiotic and a No 67 for pain relief (eg probably just panedol but No 67 it is ) How great would it be if the international yachting community had something similar for all yachts / boats, so when an accident happens the doctor on the radio could prescribe treatment – An audit is conducted by the owner of the kit regularly and all used or out of date items are returned and replaced by the RFDS. Also the kit contains some class 1 drugs such as morphine and pethadine etc – These must be accounted for and any use must have a doctors prescribing Number – before replacement is provided. Any shortfalls or illicit use and the police are called. what do you think – every boat around the world with a standardised numbered medicine kit with rules on restocking medicines / bandages etc
Soooo much Oat milk. That's crazily expensive. I'm pretty sure I saw a nutribullet on your boat. You should make it yourself. Just oats, water, blended in your bullet and a muslin cloth. Nothing is wasted as you can use the oats after.
Wow! You two have come a long way since buying your beautiful boat.
excellent
Nice to see how far you have come since your first tentative steps in sailing, looking forward to following your journey
Well done guys another great episode
How long will crossing approximately take? Good luck Bizo
I weirdly feel like I’m accomplishing things while I watch you cross off items on your list
Never say the word cracking on a boat you are sailing the ocean on.
Thanks for sharing your story
Off in thd high seas.. can't wait.
Ready to travel with y’all
FairPlay to you both, you seem to tackle all maintenance tasks on the boat with impressive competency
Very good, experienced and competent your colegue! Did hi do not what's to prepare a S.V. in Mexico in April. West side. Bacharach California. São Carlos.
Check with Matt, after hi arrived in the Caribian, if hi does't want to join a similar boat. HansChristian Catsh 43. Locatet at the West Coast of Mexico. São Carlos. Around in April. Please send me his Zap, or SIGNAL contacts
So excited to see the crossing! !!!!!!!!!
Stop making y missus climb the mast pal you scared of heights. Great video you guys keep it up
Stopping at Madeira?
Hi guys, are you going up the Mast with one line? A second safety line is an absolute must. F
Interested to know which insurance company offered you cover. As you are fairly new to as am i, having some info would be great. Cheers and have a gr8 time.
Nicely Done Crew!! For future reference. Banjo bolts are fairly common at truck and heavy equipment repair shops. You can always make one.
Will you come to China?
I'm Nervous about crossing an ocean! You? <3 😉
Looks like you were tightening that bolt in the video not loosening
How exciting……save travels
Just finished the Bingewatch, hard work but what an adventure 😅. On to the Caraïben 😊
Wow looks exciting crossing the Atlantic, another brilliant episode guys have fun, thinking of you doing your crossings ⛵️⛵️⛵️⛵️
You both are such an inspiration! Much love xo
It sheared off because you were doing it up not undoing from what I saw on the video
Are you gonna be around St.Thomas? I live on a sail boat there and would love to have a meet and greet and show you around
Ohhh so excited to see this leg
You don’t want to use impact guns on anything, unless you know it’s been apart recently and was greased. They’re brutal and you can’t beat a spanner or a socket with a ratchet to feel for the thread. Watch tyre fitters and how they treat locking wheel nuts.
Matt seems like such a lovely addition to the crew. Very lucky find☺️
A climber I see! Does the board get much use there? I wonder how well I would be able to keep in climbing shape on a crossing
Oh my goodness I am so glad I logged on to your channel. I have a last wish to sail the Atlantic from Spain to the Caribbean as I saw on a 360' 50' beam 3 master brig rigged beautiful sailing vessel and hope to be doing it next late fall.. Nov.. I have always loved sailing from youth with family many summer vacations to meeting my wife on one of 6 week long rides on a wonderful schooner on the Penobscot Bay of Maine. Met my wife of 3 decades and two fine kids later. I can't wait to watch your journey. Life is an Adventure soooo LIVE IT😁
❤❤🥰🥰
Storing potatoes and onions together isn't the best idea. Onions produce a high level of ethylene gas, which will cause potatoes to ripen — and go bad — before you're ready to use them. However, those spuds aren't completely innocent, either; potatoes' high moisture content can cause onions to liquefy and leak.
What a great episode great camera work, fantastic fixing everything guy's be safe on your journey with your new crew 🤙🏾
