  1. Initially, when they first arrested, the boat, hi Sarge mooring the arch where they did was provocative. I don’t know anything about the guy, I don’t know anything about where he got his money, I don’t know what he’s worth. After a year of looking hard, and they have found nothing, even not proving that the money came from Putin call mom they should left Coco. If they’ve had it arrested, they’ve had plenty of time to find any kind of weapon or contraband or whatever and one assumes they have not found anything significant. Somethings, however, we would never hear about if they did find it and if they did, it has no business still sitting in the middle of Canary wharf. I admit that I’m puzzled why it is still under arrest. Although I was all for arresting edge, and discovering what they could, because of where it was sitting, but after a year? No. They need to let it go.

  2. Dear Mr. Delaney, perhaps its better to have your yacht seized/arrested/whatever the correct Maritime Legal term is, than to be one of the Russians who(FOR SOME MYSTERIOUS REASON) are free to sail/motor, unfettered! You might not want Comrade Putin thinking you are giving up "anything" to the West and therefore your yacht isn't taken? With regard to the criticism you received in your previous vid (Captain WHOMEVER and the Ambassador) I have always found your videos extremely informative. Young people should know that the Sea and Yachting provide incomes for people. eSys, Brother, never listen to the naysayers and haters.

  3. Unless they have just cause to arrest the boat I don’t believe they should. You can’t just go around confiscating people’s property with out good reason.

  4. To be honest, I would sue do UK government for illegally arresting a yacht because it seems to be illegal what they’re doing at least in my eyes

  5. No PHI's owner should be able to claim his yacht & take it where he wants if he's not on any sanctions list. UK gov have no idea what they are doing in any area of governing! If they get sued by the owner of PHI it will be us, the UK residents that pay the fine & costs! I looked into bying a barge years ago, almost did but needed to do more research first. Then life happened & it never was. It would be lovely to live on the water, free roaming wherever you like. Great video thank you eSysman 😊

  6. Most certainly PHI should not be detained without legal authority. If the owner is not deemed important enough to be on the sanctions list, then I look forward to the day when he sues the arse off the UK government for this action. I did not detect any adverse sound from the construction.

  7. Nice to see a little walk around, looks like a pleasant place to visit. I'm reluctant to say it as there is a war and I don't really know anything about it but.. I think it's wrong to arrest her. The government has made the laws and it sounds like they are the ones breaking them. Just ban all Russians from the country if that's how they go about things; Sure Phi's owner is wealthy but if everything is above board then who is in the wrong? The sanctions work off of proof of connection. Until there is something concrete, it just adds up to racism. As a statement of how serious the country is, to underhandedly tie up a pleasure vessel doesn't fill me with patriotism.

  8. Should they be able to arrest this boat? I'm sure there are wealthy Russians who don't play patty cake with Vladimir Putin. The UK authorities have had a year to figure this out. It's possible they know something we don't but it's probably time to shit or get off the pot. Were government agency intelligence available to the authorities, a year seems like a long time to figure things out.

  9. If His/Her name is not on the list then…sanction should not be imposed…The lights were left on likely no one is home…London Awesome… uncle Bob in USA.

  10. To my opinion our leaders, politicians in Europe should be much more firm and confiscate and sell all assets of Russians belonging to the Moscow or St Petersburg Kremlin elite. Make it cash for rebuilding Ukrain. About rights and law, Russia and these people lost their rights since a year, period.

  11. Hello All Yachting Enthusiasts: Thank you sir for another great video. This video has a new twist as you have taking us on a dockside tour of London & the beautiful surroundings. 😍 Thank you again sir, TMP from N.J.

  12. eSysman, you're the gift that keeps on giving. Godspeed in all your endeavors. As always, top-shelf content, production, quality and especially presentation. Cheers!

  13. Yes, of course here is a huge multi million dollar, kinda baby blue yacht owned by a close friend of Putin. Why would we ever suspect that this guy might be corrupt or evil or anything? It could be just your average Russian's boat, right? Ugly color, sorry.

  14. Re: noise. If there is nothing you can do about it, obviously you should not apologize.

If the guy has influence over Vladolf Putler, then yes, his boat should be arrested and he should be put on the sanctions list. What russia does, attacks ukraine, threatens to invade england, poland, germany etc. Is putting them on the brink of irreversible catastrophic unrestricted war with the entire world. It will be over fast, but 100s of millions of people will die. A boat stuck in london is nothing when you consider what is the alternative.

  15. No the UK should not be holding a Russian citizens property. The UK an USA issue is with Putin. When the USA invaded Afghanistan as an American citizen I would nt want another foreign government seizing my private property. THe Ukraine war is because Russia does not want NATO advancing on it's borders. Same as the US did not want missles in Cuba.

  16. Beautiful yacht , lets be fair , it should not be detained without reason and one year is time enough to find one ! If a reason has been found then it should be published. If there was a reason the owner would surely not have come place London of all places !

  17. A minor point on the domes: If it were me, I'd retain one of the domes for weather protection and mount the Starlink antenna under/inside it. The plastic of the dome shouldn't provide any signal degradation.

  18. ❤️ Love your channel the only place I come for my super yacht news…Channel favorite Captain 🫡 Jack must spamming your email right now 🤣⛳

  19. I think it is absolutely wrong that Phi has been arrested when the owner is not on any sanctions list or implicated of any crimes. It should be against international law and if I was the owner I'd sue England in International court and charge them for deflation of the yacht during the period it was arrested. I don't support Russia at all and frankly support even more sanctions, but is the West any better when they freeze someone's property with absolutely ZERO proof of wrongdoing?

  20. Good video! I think the UK government wanted to look like they were doing something and acted to soon in arresting PHI. Now they don't know how to get out of the situation. The yacht's owner is going to have plenty of grounds to sue. He might just get a new boat out of it.

  21. I feel if the owner of PHI has any connection to Murderer Putin then he has a moral obligation to compel him to stop the war! As it is the vessel should be seized and sold with the proceeds given to Ukraine. Contamination by association.

  22. I don't think its right that PHI is arrested because its owner 'may or may not know Putin'…should I go to jail just because I know the guy that robbed a bank? Knowing someone isn't a crime. Guilty by association isn't right.

  23. Not only do I think that the owner of Phi should not be treated as being sanctioned, even though he is not been actually sanctioned, I furthermore conclude that Roman Abromovich should not be sanctioned at all. Check the channel of "Dennis Davydov", who is Ukrainian, and you'll find that it was he, who intervened on behalf of Ukrainian prisoners whom Putin wanted to execute, and negotiated a prisoner exchange instead. Where, pray tell, is some recognition for that? If the UK government wants to make a statement on behalf of the respect for the rule of law, then they need to prove that they have respect for it themselves. They certainly do not have one iota of moral authority to rebuke Vladimir Putin for duplicitous standards, when they themselves employ the exact same ones that he does. I hope that they read this, and more to the point, that the entire population of Great Britain does. Geoff Rohde

  24. Thanks for the calm walk around in London! I really enjoyed this format and the friendly, casual format of this video!

  25. That's a nice boat; the Russian should sell it if he can't move it and make it somebody else's headache; perhaps the English bueracracy is seeking a bribe from the yacht owner and he's not budging?!

As for living on a barge or a yacht, I would be able to do that! I pretty much lived in a sleeper berth whilst I was trucking for 16 years, I could live on a small ship! But I'd never park it in London, or anywhere in the U.K. for that matter; it's a nice place to visit but I wouldn't want to live there.

  26. Well if he's not officially sanctioned, he should be allowed to do what he pleases. Unless it was arrested for some reason other than sanctions.

If he wants to unload it I might be willing to buy it off him for a reasonably substantial discount of course 🤣

  27. I think they were hiding from you. My office overlooks those yachts and I see people on deck all the time on both.
