I run across young sailors (experience not age) and especially of the YouTube kind that when I show them my voyage/float planning process. They weep. 😂 Especially when I whip out costal pilots, specialized weather modeling, and local navigation guides. I also keep a list of all the YouTube channels that have been to ports of call and might have uncovered something interesting. I’d do videos of this stuff (I was a prof for decades, and am a USCG captain). Unfortunately I have a face made for radio and a voice perfect for singing harmony in a cat fight. Sailing Zatara had an episode where they have wrist watches they wear in case of overboard. If someone falls overboard, you can set off an alarm from the wristwatch to a phone onboard. Pretty cool gadget. Thanks for another great video. Fair winds! ⛵️⚓️🐬🍻
