To be honest I think from what I can see the room you have for 40 feet is bad you have had to sleep on the salon dinette and there is little or no interior trim it reminds me more of a Porsche 911 rs against the. 911 carrera meaning built for speed. Certainly not comfort. And living aboard regards Mark in UK

14. I really like how you guys were presented with this unique chance to sail a 40 and – soon to be – a 50. Its like learning to walk before you run. I enjoyed your 40 experience and Im looking forward to your 50 experience. It would be incredible if you get to try a 60, like yours, but that opportunity may not present itself. But the 40 and 50 experience is priceless. One comment. I would talk to the Rapido folks about the noise you experienced from the ropes. I can tell you that it may feel minor right now, but in a very short time, it will no longer be a minor concern. That would drive me nuts!

20. Mate, most modern 40ft monohulls have FAR more space onboard than this Rapido. They will have a V-berth cabin, a larger queens bed sized cabin plus two on-passage single berths. Most will have 2 heads, decent sized galley, nav station, plus a much larger saloon than the Rapido. All in all the 40ft Rapido pails into insignificance compared to contemporary monohulls so I really disagree with most of your comments regarding space. Plus a new 60ft monohull will have at least double the space of your new 60ft Rapido.

24. Why doesn't anyone use the 'Sea Bands'? I get sooooooooooo seasick and they always, always save my life on boats or literally anywhere you can get motion sickness! Even rides at amusement parks. I take them everywhere

39. This reminds me of a battle! for example.. Hobie revolution(trimaran) vs. Hobie Outback(catamaran) One can cut through water like no other but the other more comfortable out at sea. To each there own.
