Paint bubbles? That is a serious case of osmosis and it's a horrible long job to grind them out, dry them, fill and fair them so I hope you've got lots of time and energy. Aint' sailing fun…

You have a bit more than paint blisters on that hull and rudder. Also not the best plan to just fill the holes with putty, go read up a bit on osmoses treatment.
You guys are a great team. And yeah amazing that hull is in that great shape after 10 years. Was it in freshwater sitting?
Lest there's no growth after 10 years, that's pretty amazing Maybe it's covered with that Epoxy resin that will last 10 or more years. Wish I had money to buy a boat I'd already b there, already ⚓⛵
