SINGUR și GOD pe iahtul meu! - (Episodul 199)

Colin, To your question about the titling the inspiring stories. You don't need to go clickbait(basically claiming something in the title the is not in the video) but leave a bit of mystery in the title. Also, it's been proven that the "shocked face" thumbnails drive views. I'm not a fan but it's pretty obvious when you see the big channels using them all the time that they drive views. Just some examples of titles "You won't believe what this triple amputee has been able to accomplish" "What you never thought possible with old plastic bottles". Also, just because someone is getting views doesn't mean they are getting total minutes viewed. If you looked at other youtuber stats I'm betting the one's that always use thumbnails of girls in swimsuits don't get full view views. I would guess it's the opposite with your channel with content people actually want to enjoy and consume.

  2. Colin what a great "never-say-die" perspective you bring to your audience. The way you take all challenges with a cool head always moving forward is what keeps me watching. God speed.

  3. Colin, your videos are great and I think your message is on point. Unfortunately, those other channels with nothing but hot chicks on it will prob always get more views and likes but their content is shit. Keep up the good work bro! Don't worry about all the pervs! Haha!

  4. I think the reason for poor views on "worthy" subjects is that they are one off episodes leaving no time to get to know them and no character development and little entertainment value . Even this episode has "naked" in the title as click bate .( Sorry but I am not sure pics of you butt naked will increase your rating!)
I would watch a follow up to both the stories you mentioned but where are they? Your videos appeal to me due to the sailing and crack between you all . The theme of clearing up the oceans would be enough if it was properly documented and presented. keep up the good work Colin your ethos shines through.

  5. Colin, I believe all your content is on point! It was great meeting you, Jamie, and David at the Miami Boat Show. Thanks so much for coming to our booth to visit!! Dwight from HOSTAR Marine.

  6. Well lets put it this way …last week you said that this week you would be naked on the boat !
I didn't watch it for that reason 🙄

  7. You could word the title of the thumbnail to sound something crazy to trick the general public, ie, MAN LOST HIS LEG AT SEA! and have a photo of the guy looking worried or scared for the video of the amputee, then in the video have a clip of him losing his prosthetic under some clothes while sailing or something and finding it again, so it's not false advertising but you can still make the inspirational video 😎

  8. Click bait runs the world….unfortunately. Keep grinding brother. The people who need to see the inspiration see the inspiration. Don't get down. YouTube is a grind.

  9. I only have three rules in life: 1. Never Drink Alone 2. Never set Fires Alone 3. Never Sail Alone

All of these things truly can only be enjoyed & remembered with the ones that share the thirst of adventure.
Love your tribe, your inspiration & many thanks for sharing your journey together🙌🏼❤️🍷
