Major progress!! As always, thanks for taking us along on your journey.
Sanding that flat has to be tricky due to the different harness and densities of the woods.
This is such a special vessel… Yaba blue!! I knew that was from your boat.. Everyone is amazing . It's just getting more and more beautiful… Oh the lesson's an wisdom your gaining… An footage for life… Beautiful!! ✌🏼💗😊⛵
If you have some Purple Heart scraps, use it for your bench tops, it will look awesome, you could add alternate strip's of lighter timber, to high light as well
Love happy Caillou 🙂
Love you, the boys and Yaba.
Every time I see the wood revealed by the finish I'm, like you, much pleased. I'm sure you will, but it's worth mentioning that those story panels of reclaimed wood need more coats and likely a thorough sanding. Not just to further bring out the grain and colour–also to protect the wood because it's in a high traffic and use area that links your indoor/outdoor spaces.
Thanks and Cheers from Vancouver, Canada
Making cool stuff for the interior, looking good 🙂
The multi-wood panel and louvers are super stylish. The are reminders of how much Yaba' owes to the diversity and beauty of the Brazilian rainforest as well as the talent and hard work of the owners and craftsmen who collaborated so well to design and building her.
It’s coming together really nicely.
Looks great guys ❤😊
Using the old wood do you ever worry about termites? Just curious
We need saltwater🦺🩳👙🎏🌊&⛵.
May God bless you to the name Jesus Christ Amen.
I cringe every time I see someone sanding, grinding or planing all those poisonous woods without a mask on. That is very unhealthy!!! The boat is coming along well and looks good but please take me seriously, I’ve been working with wood foe 50 years.
Looking good guys!!!
I think the correct nomenclature for the cabinets is lockers.
Olá amigos.A madeira que estão usando de outros barcos que passaram por ai,E fantástico. Aproveitando madeira reciclada.Ficou muito lindo aquela mistura de madeira.Cada dia o YABA está progredindo.Parabens🌏🌍🌎⛵⚓🐶🐶💚🍀
I really love the fact that not only are you recycling wood from Yabá, but other boats as well. The kitchen is really coming along.
Thanks!
Was hoping you do somethin like this! Looks ok, better when its finished but, wheres the purple bits? m Will the epoxy seal the wood? I was thinking, if it got wet..? Geez these blokes are good. Thanks everybody,, doin well!
When are you going to put a sealer or paint on the hall you went to all the trouble of getting it re-cocked you best get it painted before it's too late and you have to recock it again enjoying the show You're doing great with a boat it's interesting

Simply awesome. Keep doing what you're doing!
Hi Ben & MP! You both are so imaginative and creative using the scrap wood and turning it into a piece of art to remember all the boats that have come to the shipyard!
Both useful and innovative 💡 👌.
Love how everything is coming along so nicely!! Have a great week and till the next episode! Rich.

So much detailed work going on…can't imagine what it's going to cost. $$$$$ 😃
Fantastic use of recycled wood Ben to produce such an awesome look and the doors are coming out really neat. I think your selections are really doing justice to Yaba; I think she will be well pleased with her new looks

Maybe this can give you some more inspiration for using your recycled and scrap / left over wood off cuts?
Perhaps for the galley bench tops?

I hope you like, this is all recycled hardwood timber. 👍👍👍🇦🇺
It is starting to look absolutely brilliant. I have been following you for a long time now, and cannot wait to see how this develops. So pleased you're recycling. It's going to be fabulous.
I am going to check back into this site in a couple years, maybe by then they should be ready to slash.
Those panels do look beautiful keep going like that
I love the idea of all the woods making a lovely panel. Taking wood from even other boats along on your new journey.
When are you going to paint the Hull
I can watch this channel for hours. Love the whole of the program
