Awesome update, Matt's mad skills makes it look so effortless and substantial progress was made in such a short time! Looking at the dedicated shower, I wonder if a seat was ever on the plans as headroom constraints has been mentioned in a few episodes?
What type of foam was that for the cabinets? It looked like plain white foam
Love the wandering cat edits 🙂
Nice build Matt, I look forward to seeing more each week. Your boat is really going to be fantastic and fast!
wow that looks really nice
.
Great episode as always! The link to Marc's YouTube channel is apparently dead. Would love to see what this guy gonna pull out!
Your attention to detail is amazing!! this is going to be one beautiful boat!!
The guy who originally got this boat together was quite a guy,a sad loss.love that your reincarnating her with care, you will be ending up with a tried and tested world crosser.beautiful feline , DNA of Siam ? ,best of luck from u.k
The link to Marc's channel isn't working. Would love to check him out…
Matt you are a fibreglass wizzard
One thing to consider in sink location is the ability to fit your faucets. If you mount the sink in the outboard location you may have clearance issues between the faucets and the upper cabinet doors. But I'm sure you could find a solution to that if needed.
Hey Guys. The bathroom is really coming together now. One thing I would ask is. How are you going to address ventilation for the shower and bathroom?
Great article in last month's "Soundings" magazine. Should be required reading.
Looking good Matt, you make that looks so easy but I’m sure it takes some doing to get that to fit correctly but it sure is looking nice. Welcome back Janni. Love you guys.❤
After thousands of dollars and hours of work for thru hulls, hoses, valves, pump outs, gaskets, macerators as well as a never ending smell of sewage, I went composting and have never been happier. The down sides were not even down sides compared to that constant nightmare.
I don't know if it is the video colors, but you should think of slapping a coat of primer on your transom extention to protect the epoxy. It looks pretty "yellow" at 5.13. I know it's the peel ply layer but…. Nice work, coming along well.
I would even put the sink in to the corner. When you wash your face you need to be able to bend over the sink and if its to close to the wall on that small counter, your head will hit the wall. You need room between the sink and the wall. Corner is nice, counter on both sides as well.
Love the transformation of the head and shower 😎
Confession time I've been watching since you started project Duracell and today I finally subscribed. I'm sorry it was deserved way before this. You're an artist with fiberglass that small space and your ability to maximize it and make seamless cabinets so easily was amazing to watch. Id like to add I will never be building a boat or even working on a boat. I enjoy watching people stay busy nice work truly the both of you and hats off to your mom especially for all her help she's a champion.
wow great ideas and looking great :))
Well done! This is coming out SO nice.
What kinda anchor are you going to use? Be a real shame if you were to drag anchor…cough cough.
I love the selected music. It is from my beautiful Puerto Rico.
I like the rollers and tools stored in the sealed barrel [14:05] to be kept clean. What solvent do you use?
Won’t the cabinet doors hit the faucet when opening over that sink…?
What? No mahogany? No Teak?? Actually, you are a man after my own heart. Keep it simple, keep it affordable.
Bet you could knock up a mean surfboard 😉👍🏻🏴👍🏻
I really liked the music in this episode
That was seriously satisfying to watch, esp the curved cabinet👍
Using balaclava now epoxy sensitivity?
