Are the marine not complying to legionella tests. 😂😂😂
Another fun video ladies! Glad you saved your stripper!
Ha ha…Bev I thought I was looking in the mirror when I put my ski stuff on. I use the foot on the bench to get into my shoes. Great video. Everyday jobs and the great exercise and mental stimulation to get them done on a boat. It’s a happy day here. The power went on in the yard yesterday (supposedly) and I’m going to plug in today 😁. Finally I can have lights and heat to get some jobs started.
Our gooseneck broke just before going through St Patrick’s bridge. Had to tie boom to mast, drop sail and motor to Roslare. Emergency repairs next morning when we could kinda see (dawn) before catching tide up to Arklow. We used boom bang connection to get us home
Nice save on the stripper, that is an expensive little thing to loose in the drink.
We did the same job with the Selden gooseneck this winter! Boat jobs……🙂
We one night there was a big bang and we found the gooseneck had snapped. Boom was on the deck, we was lucky it didn’t crash though the hatch
Almost lost it. I have problems putting my shoes on without a suit. Temp should rise by the end of the year. Enjoy
nice video you two
There seems to be nothing you can't/won't tackle. Apart from the stripper that is at the bottom of the harbour, I have all mine pointing at me so the line strips towards me and it's an easy tug to seat the line in the self tailer.
Nice one ladies. Sail Safe Guys, Ant & Cid.
Here Bev you need one of those big shoe horn things 👍
Perhaps the old gooseneck can be restored for a spare by drilling a larger hole and inserting a larger bushing that fits the original pin size hole.
Great jobs done. Never a dull moment when doing boat jobs and ALWAYS Takes 5 times longer than you expect. Weather looked beautiful too.
