Well done Will. Go the Scots! My entire family are Scots, except me, the token Aussie. In the eighties when I was big into Karate, I would do 130 sit-ups in 120 seconds at every training session. In the early 2000s while training at a friend's back yard gym I did 1,000 sit-ups one afternoon in five sets of 200. Now, aged 57 I'm wondering if I could get to 20. I might try tonight. Might not too. My 26yo daughter did pole dancing and has great guns as a result too. She now does a martial art called Kali-Sekaran, fighting with sticks. I'll have to see how many she can do.

Dear Colin just finished watching Season 3 of below deck yachting and at the farewell to the crew you talked about how you would like to be like the Captain Glen in certain aspects of his leadership skills. Let me say bro that you have those skills as the Captain of Parlay, you are genuine, loving, caring, serious on your responsibilities about your boat and the crew that you take on and mentor to make them all better people, though Jamie is work in progress. That would be amazing to win this boat. I’ve always wanted to get a sailboat sail the world go to new exotic places you just can’t see in a car. I got hurt 10 -16- 2023 I am not able to get back to work just yet. I’ve always wanted to sail to the Philippines and start a business sailboats are slow and free but plane tickets cost way too much. I have always wanted to sail the ocean after seeming SV Delos what Bryan has done and then their is Collin on parlay revival these guys are my inspiration but facts are no matter how hard I try to save money for a boat just never could get their. I don’t want to give up on my dreams of sailing the world. At some point life is too hard I don’t think I’ll ever make my dreams reality I’m to busy making my kids dreams reality. Collins said it best you look back 20 years ago you’ll be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do then the things you did what are you waiting for. Something you just need help with you can’t do everything on your own.
