22. There is cleat protectors that can be put over the cleat ends , two small rubber cups with thin bungy between them…maybe a cheap investment to protect the heels from getting cuts

38. instead of ag1 i prefer real oranges, vegetables, and the real stuff …it may be interesting that's shiitake and reishi mushrooms in it, but it doesn't say how much, so it's better to buy this seperate if you want to know an exact dosage…however for a longer passage it could be interesting. but there are cheaper alternatives. i would buy it, if ag1 would change their listing of the ingredients
