Fantastic drone views + views of the rocky Cape. Thank you so much for sharing this adventure.
Awesome video of your boat, seas and sky!
Thank you all for sharing!
God's speed!
Congratulations to the 11th Hour Team, a job well done against big odds and challenges and that’s why all teams are winners. Stay safe guys, protect the yacht and yourselves to enjoy the next break ashore in a warm stable berth (bed) 😊👏👏✔️
Great work guys. Keep plugging away. There's still time to catch up with Boris and Kevin.
I love that there was no music as the boat passed the Horn. Just wind, waves, 11th Hour, and the Horn.
Beslöt on video with mountains behind…. brilliant
congratulations guys , go a catch the leaders … you will have the wind now
Just noticed Guyot on the tracker – I wondered how they would 'catch up' with the fleet. Would they go through the Panama Canal? Would they ride on a freighter? No – They would sail west from Cape Town – Duh… sometimes I forget how round is the Earth. 🙂
So humbling, the various comments from this team of magical sailors. To Charlie and the crew aboard 11th Hour, their strength and determination in the most adverse challenge with sailing, we take our hats off to you all. Gods speed as she heads for Brazil!
Sailing the southern ocean reminds me of Shackleton and the epic book about his voyage on Endurance.I wonder what he would say about your carbon sailboats?
