9. I'm not a big fan of many of the modern motor yachts. Many of the Russian yachts are downright silly looking. Haida 1929 is a truly beautiful vessel. Thank you for showing her.

21. To understand Andrey Guryov's position you have to be aware of the political and economic situation in Russia. Putin's made is quite clear he wants his top businessmen to be at work and not on their luxury yachts, in a public speech last month's, he stated so much……when Putin makes a request you obey or else. Putin also a few days ago said he introducing a , voluntary 5% tax on companies excess profit as from next year,but if you forward pay you will get a discount, Russia is running out of money, and it's unlikely there will be much yacht movement,to busy trying to financially survive

22. M/Y Haida…1929…oooh, she's a very beautiful lady and to have the original powerplants is quite impressive as well, nice catch to the "Yotspotter".
    I think that l could handle hangin' around Seychelles, livin' aboard M/Y Nord. I'd certainly be willing to give it an enthusiastic attempt heh, heh.
    I cannot even imagine a world where my friends and associates would/could reasonably believe that I owned M/Y Alfa Nero, let alone owning M/Y Luminosity as well. Again, I'm willing to step up and give it a spirited attempt heh, heh. I aim to please.

32. Many congratulations and another great video as always, thank you. It's been mentioned a number of times over the past year or two, of owners that commission new yachts and then 'refuse delivery'. Why do the owners 'refuse' delivery and do they lose any money that has been paid?

The statement he "neither owns nor controls" the yacht would be lawyer speak for something like his ownership shell company has a bill of sale to another ownership shell company controlled by someone like his son who was given the purchase money by his father, i.e., no change in the beneficial owner.

41. Regarding Alfa Nero. If this yacht is not manned it might violate T&C of the insurance company. If this assumption is correct it is not covered and should not be moored at this port.

42. Antigua is more patient than I am. When a BMW Z3 was ultra-obviously abandoned on my block, I called it in for the city to tow away after a week and a half. Might as well get it going through abandoned property auction so somebody can get a new toy for cheap 😅
