Well done with the preventer, great to see it rigged from the end of the boom to the bow. Instead of mid boom to the deck by the shrouds. Much more effective, controllable and safer. Well done also on getting the chute in. Bearing right away and sheeting it in forward to collapse it behind the main was the go and worked.
Great video slim Soph this coast so different & challenging welldone sailors youll have great memories in years to come fair winds calm seas cheers
❤ Beautiful episode!
Another great episode as usual well done guys
I echo other commentors, great job handling the sail, getting it down safely, and preventing it from entering the water. It's not an easy task. Thanks for sharing. Happy Easter 🐰🐣

Good vidio hope you get that avocado soon
Have a happy Easter guy's safe travels and keep safe out there!!!
Good tip on the mileage to I do. Didn’t know it was that close.

Sashimi is always better the next day after the flesh has been in the fridge overnight.
Oh that looks good, Bon appetit!
Absolutely LOVE a Vibraphone. I used to ride My Motorcycle to the Musicians Union in Hollywood for a "VIBES SUMMIT."
LOVE Jazz.
Love it guys, super inspiring as usual. What is your boat? Cav 32?
You could have got diesel at South Goulburn Island.
yet again .. nice !! Shame your on such a tight deadline as I'm sure there would be lots of great bays to see and visit on the way. Cheers
Inspirational post, living your best life. Well done.
Just a quick comment on your video jerry cans are normally made of metal which was a fuel can made in Germany https://youtu.be/XwUkbGHFAhs
I close my eyes and prey every time I see Slim pulling (helping) the anchor chain on to
the windless..Running your hand through the windless would be life changing, I'll continue
to prey. For a lottery win and new windless with huevos.
my life would had been different with a good partner who liked to sail – I got to 40 and was time to drop the anchor – Too much sailing solo no fun
Loving the trip…great video.
Hey guys but you're missing all the parties, hangovers, part time shift work at the whatever, dealing with the boss, ref food, finding a new appartment, looking for cheap furnature… nah keep sailing
Great episode guys. Tough sailing and nice fish. Was wondering if you could rig up some sort of bracket where you could use your outboard motor in the case you got extremely low on diesel or ran out completely? Might be a life saver some day. I know its low horse power in relation to the diesel, but in light winds bet it would still do the trick.
❤The best! Thanks for what you do…
Yes. Another awesome video. Thanks for sharìng.
I really enjoy watching you both sail and work the rigging… Great work and thank you for sharing . 😅
You guys are going to be huge!
美侖美奐
Loved it and do good at your graduations make sure you get it
Great work guys , near the aboriginal settlements there’s usually good internet , you’re probabely in Darwin if you need haulout can highly recommend spot on marine, Michael On is one of the most helpful people in Darwin, nice bloke and a true professional boatyard. Your sailing ability is top notch guys . After leaving Darwin there was zero internet until either Wyndham or dog leg creek and a little in Camden . Good fish!! Maybe you should shoot off to Thailand , closer than Perth !!
Sushi looked delicious.
Yea I think you have really ramped up your content 👍👍love the real sailing and your videography is great!!Happy for you for so many new subscribers 🤗🤗
Tuna in folks ❤
Loving this Adventure
👍👍
Just saw the weather, hope you guys are safe from the low pressure system up in the NW 🙏
Happy & Safe Easter 🙏 👍
Spill some air out of the spinnaker by loosening the sheet, and it allows the sock to come down easier
LOL! Bloody kites,?! We struggled with ours a few times, learnt to really let that sheet go completely free so the sail flies out in front of the boat, trying to pull the sock down when there is wind in the sail just impossible! We got caught coming up the Qld coast, between Innasfail and Cairns, ended up leaving it up to long, 25k, 13 k boat speed, trying to get the sock down. Tried dropping the halyard – same result, nearly put it in the drink!! In the end it was really letting that sheet go that did the trick. We have a month off from this week, heading out of Gove and up to Arnhem Bay and the Wessels for a few weeks, such great cruising grounds at this time of year.
Cool
For those of you that are NOT Subscribers Do so NOW!! I subscribed last week and started watching from the begging and can't believe how great the filming is and how they have incorporated the background music with each episode. Slim – Soph, GREAT video as always and thanks for sharing your adventures!!!!!
♥️♥️🥰🥰
Hope you guys are safe from the reach of Cyclone Ilsa.
Boys message me from nt before the cyclones hit saying they’re gonna get a wave or 2 lol enjoy, let me know how your first lightning and thunderstorm sounds like, mind blowing how loud it is
I hope you are keeping safe and well away from the crocs and Ilsa because it is looking like a bad one.
Shot oi.
I’ve fallen in love with you two!!!
You can't pull a spinnaker down with a sock while the pole is attached!! Opposing forces at work! Take the guy off the pole first.
Soph makes a mean tuna dish. Looks delicious.
❤ that’d be the best part of this life, landing a good fish, you two seem almost comical 😂 but truly inspirational at the same time ❤
