Navigam de la o insulă la alta cu barca noastră cu pânze Nakama. Mâncăm ce prindem după ce căutăm ton. 1. Well done with the preventer, great to see it rigged from the end of the boom to the bow. Instead of mid boom to the deck by the shrouds. Much more effective, controllable and safer. Well done also on getting the chute in. Bearing right away and sheeting it in forward to collapse it behind the main was the go and worked.

  2. Great video slim Soph this coast so different & challenging welldone sailors youll have great memories in years to come fair winds calm seas cheers

  3. I echo other commentors, great job handling the sail, getting it down safely, and preventing it from entering the water. It's not an easy task. Thanks for sharing. Happy Easter 🐰🐣

  4. Young footloose and fancy free that's the place to be Chilli looks like she pigged out on fresh raw tuna pumped and ready 😋 for the next 1000 Nmiles keep that tuna coming Slim😽😺🙀😻

  5. yet again .. nice !! Shame your on such a tight deadline as I'm sure there would be lots of great bays to see and visit on the way. Cheers

  6. I close my eyes and prey every time I see Slim pulling (helping) the anchor chain on to
the windless..Running your hand through the windless would be life changing, I'll continue
to prey. For a lottery win and new windless with huevos.

  7. Hey guys but you're missing all the parties, hangovers, part time shift work at the whatever, dealing with the boss, ref food, finding a new appartment, looking for cheap furnature… nah keep sailing

  8. Great episode guys. Tough sailing and nice fish. Was wondering if you could rig up some sort of bracket where you could use your outboard motor in the case you got extremely low on diesel or ran out completely? Might be a life saver some day. I know its low horse power in relation to the diesel, but in light winds bet it would still do the trick.

  9. Great work guys , near the aboriginal settlements there’s usually good internet , you’re probabely in Darwin if you need haulout can highly recommend spot on marine, Michael On is one of the most helpful people in Darwin, nice bloke and a true professional boatyard. Your sailing ability is top notch guys . After leaving Darwin there was zero internet until either Wyndham or dog leg creek and a little in Camden . Good fish!! Maybe you should shoot off to Thailand , closer than Perth !!

  10. Yea I think you have really ramped up your content 👍👍love the real sailing and your videography is great!!Happy for you for so many new subscribers 🤗🤗

  11. LOL! Bloody kites,?! We struggled with ours a few times, learnt to really let that sheet go completely free so the sail flies out in front of the boat, trying to pull the sock down when there is wind in the sail just impossible! We got caught coming up the Qld coast, between Innasfail and Cairns, ended up leaving it up to long, 25k, 13 k boat speed, trying to get the sock down. Tried dropping the halyard – same result, nearly put it in the drink!! In the end it was really letting that sheet go that did the trick. We have a month off from this week, heading out of Gove and up to Arnhem Bay and the Wessels for a few weeks, such great cruising grounds at this time of year.

  12. For those of you that are NOT Subscribers Do so NOW!! I subscribed last week and started watching from the begging and can't believe how great the filming is and how they have incorporated the background music with each episode. Slim – Soph, GREAT video as always and thanks for sharing your adventures!!!!!
