1. when I saw your Daughter for first time I thought it was the Milkman. But later I saw Grandma. Just like My Daughter Amanda. Your Daughter can talk Great. Enjoy the Fast Tri peace

  2. nothing so blissful as a sail on clean clear unsalted Michigan lakes. With a little wind, Charlevoix may be short on room for you. Thanks for taking me back to my (much) younger days sailing in western Michigan. Simply glorious!

  3. I imagine that you have solved your daggerboard trunk problem by now, but I think some Delrin pads/shims could be installed in the trunk to take up the slop. What do the plans call for? They might show some fairing in the trunk that's covered with carpet. That's the way the daggerboard rudder cases are designed on our F32. I think somebody commented on your last video – the pads on the beams are worn or gone, creating the clunk in the forward port beam. So good to see the boat sailing under it's own power. Congrats!!!

  4. Now That was a true shake down cruise kids! That jib really looks bad but she does a good job of propulsion. Now, as for the center board, will you build a thicker one of figure out how to keep in in the center of the hull slot? Is it weighted? In time, lose the rotating boom set up. Way too much weight to just raise it! Lauren you sure did lose your "baby weight" fast and really fill out your bikini nicely!

  5. What a sweet ride! Our 1973 Allied had roller furling initially but was changed to slab reefing before we bought her and then we added lazy jacks
Renata is going to be a good little sailor. She is so adorable!
Loved your music choices. Getting me in the mood for the season!❤️⛵️

  6. Love seeing you guys back in the water! Just a perfect little boat family. 😊

My wife said, "did she even have a kid, she’s looking incredible." I concurred without getting slapped. lol

  7. As a fellow new (old) trimaran owner Newick T-gull, I appreciate your projects and they mirror my own. Just need to get the wife on board.

  8. Is it a secret where you guys are? I'm into Geography. I won't crash you, I promise. I'm all the way out in California anyway. Besides, why would I go to Michigan when I can go to Prague? Suggestion: 25 minute minimum. Please. You guys are such teasers! Cheers.

  9. Looks like the dagger board guides are missing. You can make and fit them yourselves from hardwood faced with that slippery plastic–Teflon–used on boat trailers. The trick is to make them easy to remove–but firm when in place.

A Trimaran accelerates quickly–never swim without a line attached–just sayin'.

  10. I know it wasn't an official ad or anything, but I'm interested to learn more about the lines you installed. Do you have a link to more info? I'll be refitting my grandfather's 30' sailboat very soon. Keep up the great work. Love the videos!

  11. Great episode, love seeing you enjoying the sailing!
One big hazard you may want to look in to, the 3 fins of the surfboard sticking up 😮
    Greatings from The Netherlands.

  12. Two things…first, that is the ugliest jib sail that I have ever seen:-) Second, my wife and I really love Maryland and the Bay but are truly envious of large lake sailing in Michigan and we love the great lakes region. Enjoy!

  13. Looking good! If y’all ever need scuba diving help working underneath while you are up north, let me know. I have extra gear and tanks that I could help you out with. The weather is gorgeous in Michigan, and I just pulled my powerboat out of storage. Hopefully the weather holds up and I’ll be out on the big lake this weekend!

  14. She flies under a good sail need to get the centreboard sorted, that banging would annoy. Another wonderful vid, thanks

  15. Sailing technology from the 50ties. I did not expect to see rotating booms ever again. They did not vanish for no reason.

  16. Beautiful to see you again. I hope, you don't go blue water with that thing. There are less then a handful of truly blue water capable, not falling apart when you go blue water, cats it trimarans. I would have chosen a British buildt Cat. But I envie the better motion in Waves and such. But that would be all.
