3. I'm not a parent but I think that sometimes you can let the baby cry a bit even if it doesn't sound right. Is better to focus on the deck with her safe in the dinette rather than having her at the bow between moms arms. Other than that small modest adivce congrats for your progess!

7. Hi Jordan just an idea that popped into my head watching this. The cover you drilled the holes into instead of looking for vent grills how about those old style drawer pulls that were brass and covered over. you would put your hand into them to pull the drawer out. They would hide the holes and allow air flow at the same time.

9. Sometimes babies just need to cry. It was always much harder on me than my son but he's just fine and can really sing! Great job on the projects! Never hurts to fix things before they break and you are where you can get parts. That ventalation will save you a lot of grief. BTW: love the new dew!

Jordan with regards to Isabella's passport and visa don't forget because she was born in Malta she's eligible for Duel Nationality American / Maltese, a lot of US citizens have duel nationality including former US President Donald Trump ( Like him or loathe him ) his Passport states American British because his mother was from the UK.

20. You could use decorative punched tin panels on the battery charger door to help with airflow.

21. Great video as always. We have the B&G VHF set up. Be watchful of the cordless unit. Don’t leave it in charging station unattended. Ours, and one other that I know of, had battery failure. Only The handheld unit itself was destroyed in our case, but in the other, the helm station was set afire but fortunately extinguished before it spread further.

30. Hey Jordan I’m gonna be the guy that tells ya I think u did something wrong lol. When u put the pipe tape on the threads on the 90 side u put it on backwards. Always put it on the way the threads are gonna turn. If not u will basically take the tape off while screwing fitting on. I played it in slow motion and think u went left putting it on. Anywsy always enjoy the vids man. Reminds me not to buy a boat lol. Safe travels

32. Isa is growing so fast! I would highly recommend making sure you have a safe place to put her down securely in an emergency. There may be times that you simply cannot hold her and do what needs to be done immediately. She will be okay crying for a few minutes. She may even learn how to soothe herself – my kids did. I know it's hard to listen to the crying, but it's part of life. She will be fine! 🙂

33. Not sure if anyone pointed this our but when applying Teflon tape to the threads you need to go clockwise so when threading the fitting on the tape doesnt go backwards on you. I think I spotted you going counter-clockwise on the left hand side fitting of the water heater. I have been watching you guys for years and wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

35. Little trick for when you don’t have a paper template, you can make your own if you have access to either a scanner or a copy machine, just scan or copy the back of whatever you need mounted.

37. I have two NAS's installed at home. One I use as a backup for important files, the other as a media server with videos, movies, pictures and music on it. Both are Synology. It is a good idea to keep them cool, and I also have a Seagate 8Tb backup hub drive that is another layer of safety and I had to use it to restore files on more than one occasion. This is your personal "cloud". I love the way they work, easy to use, easy to access, a great option.
