1. Finally somebody used every square inch of the free space/ hulls/ bimini to squeeze as many solar panels to be available. I bet that increased the power outage by at least 25% more. Functionality matters most when sailing around the world! Next level Sunreef!

3. I want the 60 or 70 version. I am wondering about the life of the solar panels and if one fails how hard is it to replace.

4. Side panels can be bad for buildings but at sea and clear line of sight it will work better than top roof panels because of sail shade. At least 3 hours at morning and before sun set one side of hulls can generate almost peak value. On sunreef 80 side hull panels almost 8kwatt/h each so 6*8 = 48 kwatt/h per day just at bad times for sun from hulls. And for this model, on top it has almost 14 kw panels. I can say this boat can generate up to 100-120 kwatt per day easily on a sunny day. And this size of boat can go at 5 knots/h with using 15-20 kwatt/hour which means this boat can generate at best 40 miles range, at worst 25 miles range in a sunny day. And it can be equipped with up to 550kwatt battery and this can provide up to 273 miles of range with just non-stop electric motoring without any generator works on two sunny day in row. It has also hydro generator features for their motor. when sailing alongside solar panels, motors also generate 1-2 kwatt per hour. So during Atlantic passage or a longer Pacific passage you can easily complete it without burning fuel and using AC for every rooms inside. This one is best eco sail boat ever. For my idea the future is printed solar panels. One company makes rolled solar panles like 30-40 meters it is so light and one person can easily roll and carry 10-20kwatt solar roll. With inflated bed this printed solar rolls can be pulled after boat and can power the catamaran easily.
