You know it’s a little dangerous for me leaving a comment here for you on your platform for “comments” Plukky. Nearly every time I leave one “all these words” on your comments I’m cornered by Karen or Darren with grievances. Well I’m just leaving “all these words” to bolster your channel Plukky.

   “The things a Captain will do for his crew” I just heard someone just say on this video!
   As we’re being all philosophical with this video. What makes a good Captain and content provider better than another? What are some of the qualities that allows a YouTube Video creater good enough to capture your heart, soul and imagination, while another just leaves you rolling your eyes at their lackluster performance?

   I asked myself this and my first thought was that some channels have “it” and some don’t. But that answer left me feeling unsatisfied. Yes, basic talent and charisma factors into it.

   Yeah sure there must be certain qualities and characteristics that distinguish a great “Sailing Channel “ from an awful one. You can’t go by hit’s onto the channels. Because out of the Seven billion odd people out there in the heaving mass of humanity there’s bound to be plenty just surfing the net. Loyalty (subscribers) is another way of determining who is possibly a great video provider. At the end of the day different strokes for different folks and for myself I like it fresh and up to date! Then become a patron, yeah-nah that shouldn’t have to be the way to see videos of the people you enjoy watching. This may even answer your question regarding what to do with old outrageously funny videos.

   The first factor contributing to a good or great provider is conviction. The Sailing Channel must truly believe in the all the circumstances confronting him/her are all good enough to provide content to upload. One sailing channel who shall remain nameless have leased a Yacht so they could continue uploading content. Some are relying
   on others sailing channels who are all similarly “singing for their supper”.

   As you’ll possibly agree you must truly believe that you’re a good Captain. It’s not enough to simply “act like a Captain”. There’s an old Chinese proverb : That you can’t have two Tiger’s on the same mountain”. That’s difficult in your circumstance given your crew are not all tattooed pig-tailed, ear-ringed salty men and women of of the sea or of indeterminate background and gender. No there generally all of the finer sex yet they don’t always act that way I’ve noticed and refuse to be governed by the Captain.

   What’s my point here apart from the Captain should remain “Master and Commander”! Well firstly northing other then respect for those who are providing content. I actually find it quite fascinating that all these different Sailing Channels sometimes drop their egos or personal WOW factors to help each other out providing content. It could also be as simple as like your selves just hooking up for a total blast on the beach with one another and not giving a flying toss about what goes out on YouTube .

   Slim and Soph an Australian sailing couple have recently done just that and invited a few other well known sailing channels over to Australia (who I’m also a fan of ) to sail the Whitsundays with them. I haven’t seen it yet as it hasn’t dropped. However watch this space carefully Plukky it should be good viewing. 18. Edit and post them as you can but make the boat build a priority. Boat build video's go nuts so hopefully that will increase your subscribers. I've watched and liked every episode, commented on a few. I understand some things have to go to better revenue drivers but don't forget us broke, addicted, grass roots supporters.
