Nice video, we are enjoying the content. Great new camera angles, haha. Perhaps I missed the explanation, and honestly, just curious, but, what made you choose to go the Welland Canal route vs through Buffalo, NY to the Erie Canal?
Not sure about those locks. 😮
Another great video Dennis!😊
More sailing time and less motoring is the plan . . . Entering the canal at Oswego offers a bit more time to explore the shore. Each route requires a dropped mast. Perhaps, someday, I'll get to New Brunswick and Maine. Thank you so much for watching. ( : )
Another really interesting and humorous video – we don't have locks in Australian Sailing so very new to me. I can't believe how big the drop was in each lock and quite a challenge with vertical ropes to stay away from the wall.
Another Great video Dennis!!! This is turning into a great journey from the computer side. Cant wait to see more.
Dennis, use fender boards in unison with your fenders. Great episode!
“Fair Winds and Following Seas” to you dennis .. ;))
i am here … ready for the next adventure… <3 <3 and you did not disappoint .. those locks feel really really massive .. & soo intimidating …. i found the night sailing beautiful… & i had never seen anything like it .. beautiful …and i am ready for more fun! thanks ..;))

Hey, Justin – thank you for your enthusiasm and support. Instagram is something I'm weighing for the summer time frame. We'll see – I need to sail and put together a video each week, so it's a question of time to treat the people and technology respectfully. As you can tell, the videos are lagging but they will be closer to real time in just a few weeks. Over the winter, Instagram would have been lots of shots of me learning how to edit . . . runs to the grocery store . . . editing . . . ; )
So, when I can offer something adventurous and meaningful on a timely basis – and still get in sailing and video production – it may happen. I appreciate the pointers – let me know what you think when I dabble while exploring the potential. I'll see you and Mike when I am on that part of the coast a few months down the road . . . river . . . canal . . . ( : )
Loved the locks content. We went through something like 26 locks on our river cruise on the Danube. Super interesting to be a part of that, can’t imagine having to navigate it. Looking forward to more Stir Crazy adventures!
This had me smiling from beginning to end. YouTube won’t let me subscribe. 😢
