Just be yourselves, that's what I like about ur channel. Just do what u do, watching Steve set up the watermaker was fine, but if he spoke to the camera and explained what his doing, it can be very helpful for people to learn. Some channels it's like watching a sitcom, not real, its all as u say an act, I feel u don't get the real personalities of the crew. Anywho I enjoy ur channel, stay safe, be happy

Hey guys. I’m curious on the Rainmaker. Is it much cheaper to have what seems to be a more portable option versus one that is installed on the boat? Was that the reason you chose to have the water maker this way? Happy belated birthday!!
I don’t think it lying to talk a bit to the camera to tell and explain something that you are about to do its just a clarification of the story, if you stages something dramatic that wouldn’t had happened if you didn’t staged it then I think it would had been not real. Think Steve did quite well for being first time.

And I have to admit, I liked the demo. I don't think it is acting if you are really showing something. You are just practicing how to be smoother in your presentation, which will likely improve your videos over time. Keep in mind, this comes from YTvideo watcher and not yet a YT video maker, so my critique is likely not something very useful.
This video shows how hard you are working to improve and I think all your hard work will pay off!!

Great video again but omg……..I was rolling on the beach like a whale just three days ago at The Baths here in the BVI. I'm not a strong swimmer, in fact I don't like the beach but I guess I have to get used to it and learn to swim. I panic if my feet can't reach the bottom. I don't think any of this got filmed but to get there from the boat you go by a dinghy which you have to tie up to a ball and swim to shore. Wellllll, not being a swimmer the others decided we take the SUP, I will roll off the dinghy on to it and get pulled in. So Ian swam pulling me along…all I could do was laugh my head off. That was ok, got there with Ian dying from huffing and puffing. Same thing on the way back to the dinghy but this time we had an audience and getting off the SUP wasn't quite as easy as getting (rolling) on it. I was laughing so much I literally couldn't even sit up but to get in I had to at least kneal on the board and literally dive into the dinghy head first. I somehow ended up landing on my back on the dinghy floor. Luckily I didn't break or hurt anything but I just couldn't stop laughing at the sheer stupidity I was in. But it was fun and certainly a hilarious moment to look back on…..but damn, nothing on film
