I love how you show both the good and not-so-good aspects of the cruising lifestyle. Great music choices, as always! 🙂

I remember the day when we had a whale breech just 15' from our boat. Man the pucker factor out of 1 to 10 was a 12! It's just when you see something that Big close to your boat and it is Bigger than your 42' aft cabin motor yawt, your Heart just stops for a second or two.
And just out in front of the Kelp beds in front of San Diego Bay. We had a mother just 3 feet off our swim step .and on the other side of her was her baby. That was awesome. You could look wright in her eye.
It's a day my wife and I will never forget.

Oooo! And in the winter time here in Hawaii. You can hear the whales at night talking to each other from our lanai.

Loved this episode with the whales and everything else. Paying attention and noticing a boat speeding your way is never wrong just don't change course unless you have to.
