1. I am happy to see every single plank/strips cut, scarfed at attached to the mould frames. It’s like watching paint dry, but only a lot more interesting. Keep up the great work.

  2. You are both doing an amazing job with the boat build. Keep up the great work, her lines are starting to look amazing😀👍

  3. Så kul att se. Kan ni inte berätta hur processen ska gå till efter ni vänt skrovet. Lossar ni skruvarna, när bygger ni balkarna…..så många frågor 😊

  4. We built scaffolding on wheels that could lock around the boat, so we could work comfortably and safely as we planked higher up the hull. Memories. 🙂 Keep up the work. Back in the day we didn't make a film about our daily progress, but it was a few years of work after working our day jobs. On your close side without much room, I vision without really seeing the space fixed hinged off the wall supports for planks to work off that simply flip down at the desired height for working comfortably. Two heads are better than one and many heads may confuse the issue or solve the problem. 🙂

  5. I see people doing this all the time.. they want to build a boat, they manage to get a shed, they start with the frames. They build it into a structure that occupies the space. And then they have no space left to produce things like the strips 😉 And it takes them ages before the hull is planked and covered with fiberglass.

  6. What a beautiful nature at the background! So nice of your place….Vera is so cute, talented and beautiful…

  7. I live on an Island (Australia to be precise) but have never been on a yacht. It is so enjoyable watching such a beautiful family embarking on such an interesting project. So exciting when you post new episodes THANK YOU🤲

  8. How the hell do you get so much done so quickly? Are you a shipwright or something?

  9. Great progress guys. Don’t worry that the content may be repetitive, that’s boat building. Consider builders trestles which can adjust in height as you build with full length scaffolding boards so you can walk the length of the hull. Get them sooner rather than work off of ladders which will slow things down. 👍

  10. Fair play on not filming much. Planking the boat is more important. Doing the time lapse really works. Gorgeous weather and what a view, lovely. Absolutely loving the vlogs, you guys are rocking it. 🙂

  11. Toddlers drawing boats:
I have often noticed that unlike "terrestrial" kids, yachties ones (including my boys) draw boats with a keel !
That's because during their short life, they have mostly seen their family boat being built on the dry. So they know boats do have a keel!

Would you share some Vera's drawings ⛵?

  12. Watching you guys wrestle those planks over the hull is painful. What about cutting a small hole or two in the end of the barn, passing the plank through into the yard onto a couple simple sawhorses, then pulling them back into the barn on the other side?

  13. You may consider Azobe wood for the bottom part of the boat (jerntræ) you make some very informative videos, thank you for that.
