  1. Your confidence and positive approach to your techniques is stunningly beautiful in my humble opinion. I'm a retired maintenance tech on rental property's but I certainly can relate to everything you've done so far. I enjoy watching your projects and progress every week, from my home on the Philippines. Be safe always and happy sailing.

  2. Totally loved this episode ‼️🎉 Great to see non stop fox the problems and get-er-done sequence. Baby and mom looked fantastic. All is good aboard PROJECT ATTICUS.✨🌊💨⛵️🏝️👙🌞✨

  3. Dripless shaft seal, That is a big debate. Regular stuffing box type can be fixed underway, Trouble with a dripless, Haul out or beach it.

  4. Jordan, I must admit, for some reason I never thought of you as being much of a real sailor or boat technician when I first began watching this. I cannot define the reason for that but, regardless, you have convinced me over several months of watching that you are quite the accomplished sailor and I am so impressed with your boat project capacity. You do great! I am impressed and I enjoy watching your tasks come together. Good job!

  5. Good job, installing decent equipment well, then checking it at suitable intervals. The great thing is that you then know enough to spot when something is starting to go a little awry and then fix it. The problem is I can imagine that crawling back into that very awkward drive shaft area isn't high on the 'let's go there' list. I know you are still in the upgrade, problem solving phase, but do you have an inspection/maintenance schedule. Especially one that is adapatable to the time/type of use/conditions/environment that you live in. Now you have another priorities too, more support for Desiree, and Isabella time. There's nowhere to hide, even in the drive shift area!

  6. You're such a nice baby daddy. Going to make fiberglass diapers with seacock fittings. Clever. I never thought of that 😉

  7. Important to bond the new sea cock (and prop shaft as I've said before) to the ship's main anode. We used to work with an impedance of less than 0.7 ohms.

  8. Oops – just seen you have an anode on the end of the prop. Would be an idea to check the impedance from that anode up to the shaft/engine coupling.

  9. It's how we tighten a drum head. You should get your drum sticks out and just lay them down because it's not a drum. Unless you like metal! I'll just get my coat..

  10. Thanks so much for sharing and so many things to maintain. Glad you're closing in on the splash date. Have watched you from the beginning and look forward to your next❤

  11. Other boat owners who have YouTube channels should watch yours to see how to properly maintain and/or modify their boats if needed. I really appreciate the fact that you always do things the ”right way”, not the cheap way or the quickest way. Your meticulous attention to the small details sets you apart from just about everyone else. Great job as usual. I always look forward to seeing what’s next on your list! Keep up the great work!

  12. I think the background music was very well done for this video – good selection and you lowered the music volume while Jordan was speaking. I know that's a weird thing to comment on, but I assume you guys edit your own videos, and you're doing a good job all around. It comes off as a very coherent presentation.

  13. It's a little surprising how small the propeller is compared to the size of the boat. Do like Tim Allen from "The Toolman" – put on a bigger propeller for more power. Crank the RPMs. Isabella is a cutie.

  14. Jordan, you would make a great teacher. Your daughter is one lucky little girl to have you for her dad 👌.

Spring for bags for that shop vac for your next round of sanding. The bag is the first line of filtering and keeps the pleated filter from getting clogged so it’s really a must for any kind of fine dust like this.
