If you figure out how to stop the chain castling please let me know, I have the same problem on my Trintella 1a.
Also see if you can find some Bar Keepers Friend, it'll make that rust stain in front of your windlass much less of an eyesore.

This is a great Video about sailing in inconsistent weather conditions. Although I would wear more sail area in these conditiones. Remember- in aft winds you can hoist 150% of normal (Head) Winds. Good to see you‘re sailing again! Greetings from Germaica.

I would have rolled that headsail in a turn or two to secure it more and take the pressure off of that torn dacron attachment…that dacron attachment looked like it could fail. Lots of huffing and puffing…get in to see a cardiologist with a stress test and with an ultrasound…Best SV Aquila.
