  1. Probably one of the worst tutorials possible. Incredibly fast movements. Impossible to tell facing while building. Finished product is vastly different than while in construction.

  2. Works great, even on bedrock, you just need to have the button system one block more far to the side. I did mine gate little wider with buttons from both side, works fine you just have to play with it little bit.

  3. I'm not sure if anyone is gonna be looking through these anymore, but i figured I'd help the ppl who couldn't get it to go down properly
first, i moved the top button over one more block. Just connect it the same way
then, on the block to the left of the top redstone torch, put a repeater on 3 clicks you can technically leave the button in its normal spot and replace the first redstone on the left with the repeater but it then it doesnt look as good but thats how i got mine to work. Hope this helps

  4. Solution if the gate does not go down properly on Bedrock:
    1) Follow the video until they start with the redstone for the top half.
2)Then for the top copy what you did at the bottom. So 4 repeaters into the top row of pistons with redstone behind it.
    3) Lead the redstone down so it sits 2 blocks below the repeaters. (This redstone should be next to where the second row of pistons will be once the top gets activated and pushes them down)
3)Put a stone button at the end of the redstone and done
    4) Set all 8 repeaters to 2 clicks

  5. If you wanna make it longer use a red stone repeater near the torch and it can’t be next to the pistons otherwise it’ll be dysfunctional. Also if you repeat the steps on the opposite side it’ll open and close on the other side as well I just built mine ten blocks in length with an outer and inner switch. If I get enough comments I’ll record and post on my YouTube channel to show how I made it happen. Thank you to the creator of this video for helping me understand red stone even more than I already do🙏🏾
