Malta este un loc fascinant pentru a naviga și ne-am distrat aici în ultima lună. Am avut și o vreme dificilă, acesta nu a fost un luna mai obișnuit! Dar avem sentimentul că vara este în sfârșit aici și ne putem bucura de serile calde de explorare. Am avut și câteva zboruri cu drona Swell Pro splash 4 (am numit-o SD3 în videoclip, dar de fapt este un SD4) Până acum, bine, reușesc să obțin niște filmări excelente de la dronă și de la design. cu siguranță s-a îmbunătățit considerabil față de versiunea originală pe care am cumpărat-o cu ani în urmă. Me again with a story from my time on Malta. We went camping on Gozo for two days. Took the ferry across, my sister having the amazing idea, we could all sleep in the car, a Fiat 128. Didn't go well 😂 One thing I remember quite clearly was the bats in a cave opposite to where we were camped. At dusk, thousands of them came flying out in an amazing spectacle of flying around fast and not hitting your buddies 👍

Now that Steve has a passport for Malta Judy, I would have thought could apply through Marriage. I think it is five years. I am married to Maltese citizen and was going down that route but then obtained an Irish passport (cheaper)

My brand new , circa 1973 , top notch Scottish made all canvas tent flysheet was completely destroyed on Dartmoor in a force eight storm ! The flysheet was just ribbons of canvas by the morning . The wind blew the alternating rain , hail and snow showers parallel to the ground . Wikipedia states that force eight is defined as 34 to 40 mph winds , but the varying gusts and the speed of the changes in strength and direction play their part in the havoc too ! So losing your solar panel is not surprising to me Steve . Bad luck though after all the effort you put into finding shelter . Thanks for showing us Malta and I look forward to seeing Sardinia . Two of my favorites. Both of y’all do a great job with sailing, cruising and technical videos.
As you leave that narrow inlet and turn right, there's the entrance to a large cave just under the water. You swim through and then surface in the cave. The light is pretty special in there. And careful dropping anchors in the inlet – it's usually filled with schools of divers. Nice restaurant up the end of it.
Brexit has been a bit of a mess. I went from having my residency revoked and becoming an illegal alien, due to a mistake made by the authorities that seemed impossible to fix due to Kafkaesque bureaucracy – with 10 people involved in 5 separate offices in 5 towns – to a Swedish passport in about 3 months of pushing water uphill. The issue was suddenly resolved when I received a phone call out of the blue saying it's been fixed. A tad stressful for a while given I have 2 kids (born in Sweden), a company, a house, a cat, and everything else that gets accumulated after 31 years of living in a country. Good to hear that Malta seems a little more on the ball.

Hi. As far as I'm aware if you enter Schengen with you married partner who has a EU passport the 90/180 rule does not apply. You just have to arrive/leave together,
Steve, please check out the EU's own "Freedom of Movement Directive", as opposed to the UK's Brexit stuff. I believe under that Judy, as a spouse, will have immediate unlimited access to the EU as soon as you are an EU citizen. Good luck.
Here in the south of france we are awaiting the summer to start. Cannes film festival was with wind and rain with little sunny periods, it can only get better

I loved visiting Malta while I was a kid in the navy (stationed in Sicily). I imagine it would be a whole new experience nowadays!
