Gary I find it very heart warming that the ladies onboard support their men through all the hardships. I watch a number of channels including Delos, Calico, La Vagabond & more. Brook you are a champion. There have been some tears but you always come through. I love watching your adventures & support you & others the only way I can. Today I turned 70 & here I am. 1) if it's worth doing right, over-engineering is never bad.
2) There's no kill like overkill.
The forespar pole and fitting the mast track was super sweet on our boat. Biggest plus was how it was so well made and did not rattle at all. Another big plus for us two women it was so easy versus lifting the pole from deck. However, all those added pieces to fit the pole was very costly!

Hey! Awesome set-up! We also just purchased a Forespar telescoping pole for BSBW. We were able to find a used one in the Abacos for $100. We had bought extra T-track as well as we didn't have quite enough already mounted on the mast. I like your 3/1 system. Good work you guys!
