Prayers Grace!🙏🙏🙏
God Bless you both!
🤗❤️
It’s all scary no matter how hard you try to be calm. I truly think you did the right thing to go for the mastectomy. Get it out of your body and if more comes back, which it won’t hopefully, do it again. I had small cell lung cancer and that was my decision also…get it out of me. Mine had not spread so I only had one lobe of my lung removed. I’m still here after 12 years with no recurrence. You are going to be ok Grace, no matter what may pop up. You are in my prayers. Much love and our Heavenly Father will carry you through. Love to Bill also.
God bless. Safe surgery!
Who the heck dislikes a video like this that shares the most intimate times in peoples lives and could help thousands?
From Brooklyn NY, Kicking cancers ass has never been so Noble and gracious. And I'm talking about both of you. As a husband for many years I can say it's not easy to see your better half go through something that you yourself cannot do anything but support and be by her side. You both are one heck of a team and sharing this will help others get through it with as much strength and grace as the two of you. Well done and can't wait for the new boat and Healthy Grace and Bill to hit the Sails.
You’re so strong. I think we all appreciate you sharing these terrible moments with us. Take care we hope for the best
Your really strong and positive and also brave your amazing. Good luck
Scary pinned comment and title on your next video. You are keeping it real and viewers will benefit from you sharing your journey, both in paying attention to their own health and in becoming educated on what it's like for others who face such challenges. Thank you for sharing. Wishing you the very best, as always, from the Ottawa Valley.
God bless you! Prayers🙏
💜
Our hearts are with you Grace❤ You have a good man there, together you two are unstoppable!!
We love you
Grace, you will recover soon, take it one day at a time. I was diagnosed with stage 4 colon and stomach cancer, there is no path to recover for me and yet every day I wake up with a smile knowing I was just giving another day on this earth, remember, stay positive ❤️
These are the times I wished I can’t lip read, anyway a tip for you Grace, that’s if you don’t already know. Get yourself a roll of industrial steel wool, that’s the stuff that doesn’t have soap in it. Between coats of varnish rub the surface lightly with the steel wool and rub clean with a dry cloth . It’s not as harsh as sandpaper, and feel like a baby’s bottom.
You got this Girl.
Grace… big virtual hug to you and Bill.
In your time of need the great Englishmen Jagger & Richards came to mind… you ‘might’ ‘just’ get what you need. A truly English attitude.
What gets me through comes from The Wire… ‘you only do two days, the day you go in and the day you come out’. And even before The Wire I have thought like this in times of extreme crisis. It really helps me.
You and Bill are an inspiration and you have to keep sailing so I can come and meet you one day when I get my boat.
🫂♥
Awesome Miss Grace for ya to share this part of ya all journey!! Prayers for you as well goin up!! Bill your a rock! I would have been useless if my wife went thru this. Prayers for full recovery n fair weather for the trip back to Calico Skies! God Bless
God bless you on your recovery! Best regards from Brazil!
Nothing but love for you two!
I hesitated watching this one as I get it's a tough passage and not as much entertainment (more personal), so just waited until I had more dedicated time to watch. Hope everything continues to get better! On the red-head thing, my mom was a red-head and medications always messed with her – many she had opposite reactions to. She had to have different pupil dilation drops and things like high blood pressure medication actually raised her blood pressure. Hope the rough part of the passage is over and it's smooth sailing into full recovery!
I hope uor prayers are ansewrd, and you recover perfectly 🙂
Sending continued prayers as you go through post surgery news.
Aww, Grace, your name suits you so well. You are also a blessing to others for all that you share. Thank you for your honesty and courage.
The ending really pulled on my heart strings (as if that was needed more) thinking of you, wishing for you, and sending prayers to you.
Wishing you good health and a safe continued journey! Keep on keeping on! Difficult to share such personal struggles. You got this!
Pleeeeeese talk as long as you want Grace! You ARE helping someone by sharing your journey. I don't think anyone here would mind at all if the whole episode was about what you have and are going through. Thank you so much for sharing with us! You are helping so many people! Sending you and Bill so much love and prayers ❤
Thanks for sharing your story. I hope your recovery is quick and you both can get back doing what you love.
Love you guys..you can do this.❤
❤🙏🏻
Batteries wired in parallel. A disaster. They fight. Larger capacity is often has with 6 volts in series. If you must have more capacity, separate chargers into separate batteries into separate loads.
My prayers are with you and your family. God will be with you. Can't wait to see you back on the water sailing.
Bill, take a look at your bilge(s) @ 8:00, like all the other bilge shots on your rehab while you've been in the boat yard on the hard. Since your friends and buddies are not going to comment on them, I will. They are discusting. Seriously, your entire boat is riddled with crud, grime and dirt, not just from the boat yard, but when out there and the camera picks up the mess when filming projects. The term "ship shape" is there for a reason bro. It's not that difficult to clean up the mess, clean off the rust and treat it, clean off the dirt, mold, grease and grime, and paint your bilges with really good bilge paint or white epoxy so you can see when a problem arises. Personally like watching you guys and the sailing, but I cringe when I see some of the stuff going on with your vessel and sometimes I just have to sigh and click off cause I can't watch anymore of it. Way better to be pro-active with taking care of things and doing preventive maintenance than fixing things because they failed and everything was too much of a mess to catch a problem before it turned into a big issue. Hey, "m not a perfectionist or OCD, just someone with some common sense when it comes to a boat and boat maintenance. Just saying….
Best of lu. Get well soon. You are brave.
Grace, I love that you are sharing this part of your journey, it will likely help many women out there, and perhaps their partners too. And Bill, I love that your supporting her in general obviously, but also in sharing this part of the story. Some may choose to have kept it on the down low, but you’re putting it out there because a) it’s part of your journey, and b) to bring awareness in hopes it helps even just one person out there, and no doubt it will. ❤️
