37. I have a sincere question that I only think you could help answer. I have no experience sailing, but tons of motor yachting experience (I have my captain's license). My wife and I would like to retire (in 8 years) and sail all over the world, but not sure if we should buy a yacht and do it ourselves then, or start charting yachts now and spend a few weeks in different places in the Caribbean with our kids are still in school. What do you think?
