I was on this boat on a boat show here in Norway yesterday and it’s hard to describe how massive and solid everything feels — like a house on the water. Amazing.
I think I'd rather have no seat to lift for access to the center berth/head. Wonder if a seat-delete is an option, so you'd only have two seats instead of three. I'd also delete the large sunroof and put in more solar. I'm always trying to get out of the sun when sailing. Plus, you know that sunroof mechanism will breakdown eventually.
Oh, goodness. That washing machine! Hardly worth the trouble. I think I'd rather have a freezer there.
Generally a winner. A small niggle would be the lounge is rather cramped and not very comfortable. There must be a way to lay that out better. My biggest change would be to sub out that dumb dishwasher for a freezer. Obviously a solid weekender, but add that freezer, and you could extend it to a week or more. Really solid.

Mate you're in Finland. The only thing that gets hot in there is the sauna.
Prefer the Botnia Targa 46.
This boat is very practical, efficient and safe. A lot of more expensive and larger boats have very short and insufficient guard rails. While on this boat you can have kids and not worry too much. A nice boat for family.
