  1. When are they going to fit front and rear parking sensors to these yachts. Or even better park assist or moor assist that automatically moors the yacht using cameras and sensors. Having said that, that was mighty impressive.

  3. Nice work with the drones – very well done.
    I wonder how they are going to add the 7m. I have driven 2 ships with extensions, one of a 4m extension to the stern of a 37m and the other a 6m extension to the stern of a 49m. Both were real pigs to drive astern in a beam wind as the rudders were not moved. Where a yacht has an aft engine room, it is normally easier to chop the yacht for'ard of the ER bulkhead and insert what is required. It prevents handling problems and you can add any number of meters. But with a midships ER, as in MY Pure's case, the shaft-line is very long and you do not want to disrupt that, so you can cut&shut, but it will be a long way forward, or add after the props and rudders – not a good idea either.

  5. Just The Facts Ma'am : That was great ! I got more knowledge in that length of video than I would have if it had been narrated. And GREAT to see one of these big beasts actually moving ! Especially this one. Thought : Even if you're an experienced captain and bridge crew, you must think "you're sh?tting me" when you see the tight spot the marina has allocated you 🙂

  7. Enjoyed watching this video. Was a nice change with no talking……. Kinda made me feel like I was watching VH1 (music video channel on tv) called "Pop up video's" that had little bit of info about the music video pop up in the video… LOL

  8. Let's hope that some of the refit will include toning down the interior. Going by the photos online, some of the compartments were tasteful, but others looked like they came out of a New Orleans brothel circa 1928.

  9. Does not appear he has enough space to fit that vessel. Amazing to see how gently it can be handled, considering the weight, even at creeping speed. Thanks for the video ! something most of us, never get to see. Wow ! he does fit ! Pretty tight !

  10. Crikey, is that berth tight enough? Kudos to the captain and crew. Great documentation eSysman, as always. This was fascinating to see the details. Love the pop ups/arrows pointing to pertinent crew and aspects of the docking. Cheers.

  12. Any word on when Carinthia vii will be done with its refit? Looks like its been at Lurssen for about 8 months already. How long does a refit like that take, 1-2 years?

  13. Sound editing was so fun! The moving water, seabirds and outboard dubbing were excellent. (15hp evinrude sound). So good made me smile.

  14. Excellent camera work! What a wonderful calm day. It would be interesting to see them with a stiff breeze. I’m sure they try to pick calm weather but how much wind would they be able to handle?
