  1. Loved your video! This video motivated me to also make my mornings more productive, as I also wake up around 8-10 and spend majority of my ‚morning’ on my phone. As of tomorrow, I will be trying to incorporate some of these habits into my routine:-)

  4. i was really good with my mourning routine at the begining of the year and now i'm struggling hard, but i did not quit. the cold shower in the morning shows more results when you have to do a intelectual task or learning and you don't have to stare the sun, it's just to receive sun light, UV light, in to your eyes. sorry that i'm "essaying". i really enjoyed the video and i'm still wishing you the best on this journey
