Other things to know … when a child was born u got the doctors visit ay your own home for free! Mothers didnt have to leave for a check up. Every family got an appartment of their own. When you had more kids you got a bigger one, that you owned. The payment for that was soo little that you didnt even feel it in your konthly salary. True you didnt have all the time voffe available or sausages or some type of food but you didnt starve. Rapists were killed not put in prison. Women walked safely around at night. Everybody had woek. You had nobody being unemployed. Also the schools education program was good. Kids had all sort of activities after school mainly sport or mathematics. When you had more kids even the cloths for them the statr took care of it. Jo child was left without daycare or kindergarden place. Now.. good luck finding somebody that looks after your child when you want to work. It was not all bad. Sure there was shortage of things like jeans or cars but you had other things that now you have to dig deep into your poket to have them.
