The flea & fish markets are amazing!
5:45 Dani xD
A shame about the weather but it still looked so amazing, and there’s something quite special about enjoying ice cream in the rain! 😊
Sicily has been on my list of places to visit for a looong time ❤ so beautiful!
We've been to Italy twice now haven't visited Sicily yet and now we really want to go! Also, seeing the food makes us want to order some Italian tomorrow haha
The weather gave you a warm welcome 🙈 it's sad how a difference of couples miles makes such a difference in terms of restoration, cleaning. But still, it's amazing places to visit ☺️
( that gellato….🤤)
which month did you go in?
Nice job presenting your impressions in an ultimately positive way. And beautiful camera work! Some of those shots are really amazing. I've taken family videos in the same areas of Catania (and Taormina) and am impressed with how you made the same scenes resonate. I'm curious what camera you used. Also, great job on the music. Very soothing!
It has been a rainy Spring/Summer season in Europe! Have you ever gone to a place known to be sunny just to be rained on the whole time? 😂
Ahh beautiful Sicily. I'm so proud to be half Italian even though I come from a different part of the country (Napoli / Naples)
U guys are beautiful… can’t wait for u to explore my beautiful island in the summer 🌺
The second group of kids were dressed traditionally…
Perhaps the first were a part of the theatre?
Thank u for showing us respect the government has never cared about us! And we make Italy great 😊
I am currently in Sicily, staying in Syracuse. I have driven to Catania, Argentina and Palermo. The people here are really great, hardworking, courteous and friendly. Yes, the place is really ran down, not very clean on the streets but if you can appreciate antiquity and charm mixed together, you will appreciate this place. I am having a good time here. Currently as I write this, It is around 9:30am. I am sitting outside a pastry shop in the tourist area of Syracuse, having a Cafe. There are people going to work, headed to church for 10am Mass and enjoying what Syracuse has to offer. Overall, I love this place and the people here. I could write more but honestly, you should just come here. If anyone has any questions, I would be glad to answer them if I can. Ciao Ciao
2.03 What a stupid and ignorant comment

So so beautiful!!!
i lived here for 6 months in 2019 xx
We've been to Sicily 3 times, everytime beautiful. Maybe a bit of research would have helped you choose better timing with weather. They are very traditional where meals are concerned, also research would have helped with food time frame.
I’m so excited. My family is taking a trip to Taormina and catania this April so this video is perfect! Thanks for putting the names of the places you went to. (Especially the ones open on sundays 😊)
Thank you for showing the reality of your travels. It's nice to see the real city and not just the nice parts.
Where was that hike? I dont think you mention that
What time of year please.
Almost everything closes from noon till 4, everyday
Thanks for this vid! What time of year were you visiting?
Catania and Taormina perfectly capture the essence of Sicily. Catania offers vibrant city life with rich history and stunning baroque architecture, while Taormina enchants with its breathtaking views, ancient theater, and coastal beauty. Together, they showcase the best of Sicily's charm. Any season is good for a visit!
Sorry if I missed this, how do you get around in Sicily ? Is renting a car best? We are coming from the states . Thank you!!
My father is from Alcamo. I plan to visit Sicily soon. Thank you for showing me where my Dad is from. ❤
love the video! thank you guys!
We were there in September. We drove to Taormina. Visited Isola Bella…145 steps down and up. Then tried to find the amphitheater but was unable to find parking. And it was pouring rain. The buses and traffic made driving very difficult. We didn't get the chance to walk around. Thanks for showing us what we missed.
We took the train from naples to Taormina. Rented a car and stayed in Santa teresa de Riva. We rented a villa for a week. It was heaven
I'm right now in Taormina, 11 degrees C raining all day for three days in a row, someone lied to us
Heyy, can I please understand which month you were in Taormina ? I plan to go in March last week. Trying to understand the weather conditions
Taormina is a spectacular place in summer if you want to save money and come out of season you can definitely expect rain, deserted streets…
