Wonderful
Good luck Finn!!
Really enjoy watching your videos
Never thought boat maintenance would be so interesting
Awesome too Finn keep striving 👍👏
G'day folks@@@@@@@@@@@@@@ you realize that the kitten is a full time member of the crew now,,,,,,,. Finn, keep plugging. You will make it. As for your vessel, it is your home and you do no have to worry about if she is fast or not. She is fast though (lol). The main thing is that it is your home and so many memories have and are being made. WOW!! Ttfn
It is impressive to see the intensity and commitment Finn has to competitive rowing. I wish him the very best in his endeavors. The sons are a great testament to their Mom and Dad's marvelous skill at parenting.
Wonderful seeing much more of Finn. I am reminded of a rich quote from Heywood Hale Braun: "Sports don't build character, they reveal it." #TeamFinn. The sequence at 13:20 is a heartwarmer.
Best regards.
Way to go Finn! Amazing mental toughness to push through when you feel like you have nothing left. How annoying to have those alarms going off again!
So good to see Finn doing so well, nice clip from RW, little kitten is looking better. Thanks for sharing, good luck and fair winds.
They're doing exercises for incoming independence day parade.
Lovin these mid week Clips. Good Luck Finn. Don't be disappointed in an Aussie Win at the end.
Go Finn Go!!!
The real performance boats go 1.5 x windspeed…. but offer zerp comfort. looking at the arc race across the ocean its not won by performance boats but….longer hulls, like the heavy lagoon 62… Personally we go for comfort. speed is nice but not everything. on 1000nm passage i rather have a nice meal and a cold beer than 1 kn higher speed… but the thing si… boats are a compromise in most cases… an no boat or sailor is the same..
Yes. Go Finn.
Thank you for the update video!!!❤😊
So Awesome with Finn and rowing ,and so happy Rob the goat looks old . awesome 🎉
🐬🐬 Go Fin , As an Aussie I am hoping Fin wins,🏆🥇
And Milo needs you 🦋🐱❤️👍
What country is flying all the military planes over you guys ?? I noticed them in several of your videos.
Finn, is thin!
I am a tad confused. Is Finn Hammil and Finn Whittaker related ? Still trying to wrap my head around all the folks on these boat blogs.
Impressive weight loss Finn. Not an easy task though probably not that good for you I would think.
Thank you for the inside look at what it takes to make it to the top in sport.
Thing is all your boys are winners in their own ways, but Fins winning is currently measurable and on show. 🚣♀ What are the performance indicators for a DMC 💁and a dancing comedian? 🤹♀ If as perants your kids are your performance indicators then you're also clearly winners. 🏆
I’m just loving every moment of your WHOLE family’s journey
All power to Finn, wonderful to really see a young man chasing his dreams. “A dream doesn’t become reality through magic; it takes sweat, determination, and hard work.” Colin Powell. We saw the sweat, determination, and so much hard work from Finn.
Hi Milo.
Loving the extra videos team keep up the great work
Keep that commitment to your goal's Finn! Watched a lot of my friend's and brother's friend's cut weight and gain weight on weekly basis for wrestling and man that is tough and a big drain on your body. Keep rolling along man you got this! 👊👊👍👍
I have the greatest admiration for Finn. It makes you realise that becoming an elite athlete in any sport means giving everything you have got all the time. You have to live it and have such mental toughness and dedication. I send him best wishes for the future. More mechanical problems cropping up but that is to expected in any boat. Things break and wear out with time and use. Milo is coming along nicely kittens are very adaptable like most animals. Enjoyed the Outake very much. It is fantastic to get to listen to a Gold Medal winning Olympic sportsman. All keep well and safe. James.
Great episode! glad you all got the sail drive issue sorted! Keep dry Kiwi's! Be safe and keep rolling along! 👍👍
Cute kitty! 👍👍🐈🐈
I have the utmost admiration and respect for the incredible Finn, it shows the determination one has to have in any sport. I will be watching and hope he can continue his dream.
Brilliant video
I hope Finn makes it through to the Olympics Singles, Doubles and more if there is. Sorry I don't know much of the rowing sport. All your son's will follow their own paths in life with guidance from both of you. So all looking bright for their futures.
Hopefully that was the alarm problem the propeller and changing it with your 2nd hand new propeller the alarm is no more and no threat of leak.
And I agree with you saying other Sailing Channels are building, testing and talking about performance to copy your quote.
Milo is I see really making the boat her comfort home. I guess she'll be a boat cat from now on living the great Ocean lifestyle.
Looking forward to next video stay safe.
17:34 your Mom was an exceptional athlete too…Could you tell us more? How do you manage to stay fit on a sailboat? Especially when you have to spend hours sitting to do research and to edit these wonderful videos.
Great Vid guys, awesome.
Go Finn!!!
Two minds, one is “go Finn” the other is “oh man this is seriously like torture”. Why would anyone do it to themselves?
The reason I couldn’t be a professional athlete.. I don’t have that mentality.. I don’t think that’s a bad thing, but even in the limited words i have wrote, “no Trev you don’t have that drive and mentality” And I’m surprisingly okay with that..
anyway
Cheers guy’s
So proud of Finn! We’re all rooting for him. He’s got a worldwide fan club at this point.
And also – loved this episode as it combined two of my passions, sailing & aviation. Loved all the shots of the aircraft 😂
“Whoa! The Gs.”
I love Ivan and his sense of humor. I don’t know if he inherited it from Rob or Rachel but he’s not taking this life thing too seriously.
Rebak marina is by far the most pleasant marina in SE Asia i've been to, great place great people.
Bummer for Finn. Keep pushing for sure. My dad went to the Olympics for rowing before I was born. He is 96 now and still enjoys watching rowing.
My dogs love the kitten!
What happened to the sail drive alarm? I guess it was ok?
@vg4413. Rachel was the World Age Group Triathlon Champion when 41 years old. When she was 18 she broke the Northern Ireland 100m (or was it 200m) backstroke swimming record that had stood for 16 years (have you noticed her swimmer’s shoulders?)
Another groovy episode.
Best vid ever. You guys and Rob inspire me so much. Kia Kaha!
i like this sport. but only bc i like this chnl. you can poison your opponents? not to dth.just enuf. _JC
