18. Dubai is truly so sad. I've lived there for 6 years. I'd say 10% or less of the population is actually rich. My neighbor can barely afford his place, yet placed himself and his family in debt to buy a nice car. It's so sad seeing people trying to look rich when they can barely make ends meet.
