Great video as usual. Love the lovely clear water. i was just on a Lagoon 42 and we lost an engine due to issue with the engine overheating and had to dock at a marina with one engine. i was thinking about how you guys managed it when you lost your rudder.
Clean out coral dust with methylates spirits flowed with medi pulv antiseptics powder t help dry out . After every time you get it wet . Old surfers trick and it works

You mentioned having the waypoints of the safe routing into the anchorage. Did you get those as a file from harbormaster and plug them into chart plotter?
Also for spinnaker wrap did you consider loosening the rig and using a spare halyard in place of the jib/forestay to drop it and unwind the wrapped sail on deck? Maybe too risky, would need no wind.
