1. A man who loves looking for the elusive KiWi has to be a Good man. I watched the 10 tips on how to find a KiWi & its best after dark. I guess theyre like Armadillos. Your hair looks great, yours is the Only show which made me try & get my TV to work again. Funny sign placement.Cracked me up w/ "impressionable memory"! Architecture looked like 30w-40s. This was fun ! As always, thank you.

  2. Hi James, the water in your video looks quite rasterized. When it's time to sail, I would not rely solely on the accuracy of your autopilot in that zone. Regards x

  3. The toilet sign in the tree made me think of another famous Kiwi, where Anthony Hopkins plays Burt Munro in the film "world's fastest Indian", peeing on his lemon tree in the mornings 😂

  4. Another great episode James, what a fantastic place and beautiful scenery. Must be such a relief to have a reliable engine again. Fair winds mate

  5. 11:28 it is amazing there's not a single piece of garbage or debris anywhere to be found or seen, unlike the United States where people are complete pigs, very interesting and there aren't any people maybe that's the reason why there isn't any garbage there aren't any people???

  6. Curious, when driving/moving a boat…why would you keep your main cover on? If the engine fails, wouldn’t you want some extra backup? I know you have your headsail but why not have the main ready? Just curious, thanks.

  7. Bro that looks awesome, u inspire me to want to learn how to sail ⛵ its a great dream of mine to give up land life and sail to different islands.

  8. Hi James, wow what a wonderful place they keep all the tracks nice and clean. Thanks for bringing us to this place. Keep up the good work. Love your videos Cliff from Logan City Queensland Australia 🇦🇺 from the big island 🧑🏾‍🦽🦘🏝️🇦🇺🐨🌏🏝

  9. Wreck on the beach looks like the coastal cargo ship Tiri used to trade out of Whangarei, worked on her as a Boatbuilder apprentice, at WG Lowe shipbuilders Freemans bay Auckland

  10. One of the things I appreciate most about watching this channel is the confidence you have that wherever you are, it’s going to be ok. No complaining about folks anchored too close or worrying about if you’re going to get robbed… you just go for it and the channel is better for it.

  11. Its New Zealand. 99.5 of the population hate that stupid name you're using. Dont you know it a fanasty name made up.

  12. what you said about the memory of the military using the modern ruins as target practice, and how they look compared to other, far more ancient ruins around the world, kinda makes you start to understand why so many ruins are destroyed and strewn about. I bet the ancients had the same view as the modern military had for that concrete factory, and used them as free building materials, dumps, and later as siege engine training targets. no telling what was stripped out of the ancient sites before being used as trash piles. lol
